“Excellent customer service. My repair job wasn't perfect because some brackets we visible in gap between the fender and the front bumper, but they were willing to replace the fender to fix that small issue. I haven't taken my car back to have that fixed but I'll update then.
UPDATE: The did an amazing job on my car. I'm very happy with the result. Customer service incredible as well. I'd definitively recommend this place.”

The Maaco team restored the exterior of her car to like new condition at a fraction of what I’d pay for a good used car . So I have memories of my mom in a decent looking car that’s already paid for.

“If I could give Chad 1,000 stars for his support and professionalism I would!! I was recently car shopping with my mom to get her something a bit newer with better technology, safety features and reliability. Chad really took the time to listen to what she was looking for in her next car and was able to make some recommendations based on what she needed. He took the time to test drive multiple cars with her and knew all the different details and features on each car. She ultimately ended up loving the first car she test drove and bought it the next day. Throughout the whole process Chad was unbelievably professional and very knowledgeable. He spent extra time with her to go over the car and make sure she was set up with all the technical features she wanted to use before taking the car home. The service that Bobby Rahal provides before, during and after the sale is top notch and they go above and beyond another local car dealers. Also it’s a Lexus so it’s going to run forever which put my mind at ease knowing she was making a good purchase financially. I purchased a 2026 GR (Gazoo Racing) 6 speed Final Edition SUPRA & Halee in service took the reins on a race brace upgrade I decided to do on the car, which is 1 of 1300 made. The General Manager, Todd Swope also has his act together & leaves you with a warm & fuzzy feeling of confidence after a phone call! “I was greeted on the breezeway by Bret, if I remember his name correctly. (Apologies if I'm incorrect) I was told Jay was going to be my advisor. Well he was all over the place and never once sent a text message letting ne know he was going to be my advisor. My service was done and my car sat in the breezeway too the point it was moved to allow another customer leave. I did speak with Jay until it was time too go. I think he can be good, if he comes down and focus. I know they're extremely busy, however I've had 3 cars from there and saw folks come and go from Service. I wish Jay well, just settle down and you'll do good.”

Previously, had a subpar garage not in Harrisburg to work on my Jeep before, left things go I asked them to fix, bad communication etc. Now my battery kept dying, so I call Harkins, they got me in as I told them I needed my car for the weekend. They open at 8AM, by 10AM the next day they not only had full diagnosis but also EXACT ESTIMATE. Picked it up the next day and everything now working great. Appreciate the promptness but mostly calling me and giving me an exact estimate. Thank you guys!”

“I bought a car from the dealership and I am very please with the car but also the process. Eldar was very helpful, professional and kind. I didn't even see the car in person because I live in New York. One of his colleagues drove the car up and was very professional when closing all of the paperwork. Lexie was also very helpful throughout the process.
The only thing is that I needed to have a front plate because I am in NY and I will have to do the holes myself.
Overall it was a pleasure dealing with the team. It makes a difference from dealing with other dealers of brands like BMW or Mercedes.”
