“Billman's Auto body did a great job on my truck. They do great work at great prices. They also will either wave part of your deductible or all of it. For me Mr. Billman waved my deductible both times. I had my other car at the shop last year and he did a very good job on it as well. Highly recommend, I want to give him more than 5 stars because I don't think 5 stars is enough. If you are within 15 miles from the shop they can give you a ride (if needed). “My car failed inspection for some rust on my undercarriage and a competitor told me that it absolutely could not be patched, and would not pass inspection unless that entire part was pulled & replaced and then it would need an alignment. The competitor quoted me $1600.
I took it to Jay at Global Auto Collision and he said that not only could he patch it, but also that he could do it immediately, while I waited. My car was back on the road one hour and $150 later.
I took the car back to my regular garage for re-inspection and it passed, no questions asked. JAY SAVED ME $1400. I would not hesitate to call on Global Auto Collision again if the need should present itself.”
“Bought a used Hyundai Ioniq 6 and had a good experience with Patrick. He was easy to work with and even did some extra detailing on the car to make sure it was up to his standards. We were able to work back and forth on a price over text and the price we agreed on was honored when we came to fill out paperwork. We were offered the warranties and maintenance plans but not guilt-tripped or pushed to buy them. I will be happy to buy with them again.”
“I have a 2016 Mercedes that had an engine light on, and was just serviced by another shop recently. With that said I decided to go with Hawkins and test out the waters. They were able to get me in ASAP, and the car was fixed within 48 hrs. Parts were ordered Monday, and the car was repaired by Tuesday before closing. The customer service was second to none, and the cars is perfect. We will continue with Hawkins Service Center , and I highly recommend them.”

Instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, they welcomed me with smiles, treated me with kindness, and immediately helped me find the part I needed.
My car had left me stranded, and I was stressed, but Rey and Khairi went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road. “5 stars! Ladies, I feel he is trustworthy. Get a quote and YOU decide where to take YOUR car! I recommended getting a quote from here. Yes the hill to get to HILLTOP is steep, but his prices are not.
He was recommended from my regular car shop and I am very happy with my experience. He used what he could from what was salvagable which was all but 1 piece. He could have hussled me to replace it all. Instead, he helped find the least expensive route. He was transparent about pricing and my options. Offered to touch up a spot to prevent rusting. A curb or three may have been scraped by my back door. Service was quick and looks great!”

“Car sales, it's definitely a skill. You have to strike the right balance of meeting a customers needs, upselling without coming off as too pushy. At the same time you don't want undersell. We've bought three cars from this dealership over the past 4 years. 2. They've gone the extra mile for us on several occasions: I came the year before just to check out cars, and I wanted to review financing options. They worked with for about an hour on a pretty busy day. they did knowing they most likely weren't going to make a sale that day. I came back to buy a Mazada they worked with me again to get the car I wanted within my price range. They advised us on carry over debt, and options available to deal with it. My wife especially impressed with the customer service I received. She came back to Faulkner when it was time to upgrade. When my car got totaled last year. I gave them a list of 3 vehicles specific trims, and colors. They worked with us over several weeks to get the vehicle I wanted. My tech savvy saleswomen handled 90% of the stuff via frigging txt! I would recommend Faulkner Mazda.”

“Shoutouts to body shop manager DAVID & tech DEVIN. Pulled into their lot today (7/21/2025) to hook up to my trailer that I had temporarily dropped on their lot so that I could bobtail to the Freightliner dealership they’re affiliated with, which is only 0.4 mi from the body shop. After completing my business @ the Freightliner dealership, I bobtailed back to my trailer, which was still situated on their lot, reconnected to my trailer and noticed that I was missing 2 of the 3 bolts that hold the mud flaps in place. They had apparently vibrated loose in transit. The manager DAVID came out, assessed the situation and sent one of his techs (DEVIN) to reattach the mud flap, which he did forthwith. I tried to tip the tech (DEVIN) $20, just as a token of my appreciation, but he, nor anyone else there, would accept it. Being in this business for 25 years, I damn sure ain’t used to that! Simply wanted to take the opportunity to shout out DAVID & DEVIN and the TRANSTECK COLLISION CENTER. KUDOS & thanks.”

“I used express service for an oil change and PA inspection. I was greeted warmly and treated respectfully. I was on the road again in less than one hour. I used a coupon so the invoice was quite reasonable. Excellent experience.
Returned for oil change, state inspection and some maintenance. Scheduling was easy and logistics simple. All excellent.
