“Subframe completely rusted out on my 2010 Subaru Outback. They put a new one in and fixed the rear one, looking like new in short order. “I purchased a one piece ABS tonneau cover for my 2026 Chevy Silverado and needed to have it custom painted. I did a brief Google Search looking for a very reputable shop to do the job. I called 322 Auto and spoke with Dennis. He was very friendly and knowledgeable as I explained the work I needed done and Dennis made me feel very comfortable and confident in his ability to get the job done right. I made two separate trips to his shop so he could look the truck over and come up with the best color match for the cover. Dennis took his time with the project, making sure the paint job and clear coats were done exceptionally well. When I picked up the tonneau cover I was very impressed with the final product. Dennis explained everything he did and ensured the process was inot rushed to ensure the cover was done right. I highly recommend 322 Auto for their quality of work and customer service.”

“I have a 2016 Mercedes that had an engine light on, and was just serviced by another shop recently. With that said I decided to go with Hawkins and test out the waters. They were able to get me in ASAP, and the car was fixed within 48 hrs. Parts were ordered Monday, and the car was repaired by Tuesday before closing. The customer service was second to none, and the cars is perfect. We will continue with Hawkins Service Center , and I highly recommend them.”

We were able to work back and forth on a price over text and the price we agreed on was honored when we came to fill out paperwork. We were offered the warranties and maintenance plans but not guilt-tripped or pushed to buy them. I will be happy to buy with them again.”

“Shoutouts to body shop manager DAVID & tech DEVIN. Pulled into their lot today (7/21/2025) to hook up to my trailer that I had temporarily dropped on their lot so that I could bobtail to the Freightliner dealership they’re affiliated with, which is only 0.4 mi from the body shop. After completing my business @ the Freightliner dealership, I bobtailed back to my trailer, which was still situated on their lot, reconnected to my trailer and noticed that I was missing 2 of the 3 bolts that hold the mud flaps in place. They had apparently vibrated loose in transit. The manager DAVID came out, assessed the situation and sent one of his techs (DEVIN) to reattach the mud flap, which he did forthwith. I tried to tip the tech (DEVIN) $20, just as a token of my appreciation, but he, nor anyone else there, would accept it. Being in this business for 25 years, I damn sure ain’t used to that! Simply wanted to take the opportunity to shout out DAVID & DEVIN and the TRANSTECK COLLISION CENTER. KUDOS & thanks.”
“Came here for some mirrors and dash pieces for an 86 ford. They have TONS of parts for 70s-90’s fords. The old men there are VERY nice and respectful. It’s essentially a U-Pull. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a junkyard for older trucks and I am for sure going to be returning to this place in the future.”
