“I don't understand some of these reviews. I've never had a problem with this bank. They are very Courteous , respectful and engaging. This is probably the only bank that I've ever dealt with where they actually make you feel like you are genuinely important ! ! And to be honest I've had this feeling in every one of the local branches in the Harrisburg area love them!! Best bank ever!”

“I have been with them cause they’re close by takes me about 10 minutes to get there by foot so it’s convenient! Some people there are friendly some are not so nice,but it’s not too bad,A lady did something that was very nice she saved a tv for me that I won months ago and I didn’t get the msg for some reason,but when I decided to go there after a long while she told me to stay put for a min and surprised me with the tv! I was touched ! That was so nice of her what a sweet person! God bless her not many nice people left in this world so it’s nice to see.”
“This has been our bank for 25 years. We started with it when it was First VA Bank in DC suburbs then it became BB&T. It used to be picky for someone to get to Elite status when it was BB&T. Now it seems like all you need is $500 to get that status, which is embarrassing and says a lot about Americans being so broke & living beyond their means.
Anyhow, the head manager, the Puerto Rican lady, is always very nice when we have to get CDs. I should know her name, but I rarely go in person to the bank. People know my husband though and he has a great experience.”

“Staff are courteous. The hours of operation could be better ie: closed at 5pm weekdays, most people work till 5p not convenient. The corp changes proceedures and requirements regularly, this causes confusion to customers and slows transactions.”

Alicia was extremely thorough and advocated for me which is greatly appreciated. It took a few phone calls with Chase but we were able to solve it and now I'm glad to say I'm in the Chase family.”
“I can't thank Tyler enough! He helped me so much with removing my teenager from a checking account to a savings! Tyler did it in no time flat and with ease. Made my job 1000% easier! My teen thought it was ok to keep overdrafting his checking and making it go on my credit score. Tyler stopped that but yet still let my teen have a bank account.

At least it's open most days of the week like a regular bank should be, unlike the hardly ever open branch downtown.Drive through is usually quick here and the tellers always seem pleasant. If I have to make a monthly loan payment, this is where I might stop.”
“Incase the employees that were helping the kittens wanted to know. The kittens were cleaned,kept warm and well fed for that night and are now at Chambersburg animal shelter.
