I had an honestly great experience opening my checking and savings accounts at Santander Bank. From the second I walked in, I felt welcomed. The vibe was just comfortable and professional right away. Mykeia Pierce was the one who helped me, and she made the whole process super easy. I haven’t used a traditional bank in over five years, so I definitely had questions. She was patient, explained everything clearly, and didn’t rush me at all. She’s really good at what she does and I genuinely appreciated how she took the time to break everything down without ever making me feel awkward for asking things. I was honestly just tired of mobile only banking and wanted something more solid and personal again, and this was exactly that. Great experience all around. I’d definitely recommend them.”
