She has always been extremely helpful as well as very courteous to all of us. I would highly recommend asking for Theresa at the Derry Street branch. If she doesn't know the answer, she will research it and get back to you in a timely fashion. She is extremely professional and a great asset to your organization.”

“I was told that my problem was resolved,but it wasn't. The lady told me the hold on my card has been lifted and all I had to do was wait 5 or 10 minutes for it to refresh. An hour later, i go to the atm and it says declined. So I figured maybe she was a bit hasty with the 5 to 10 minute deal and I figured I'll try a little bit later. Several hours later, I go back to atm and it still says declined. I know my funds are good, so I am sure that the lady simply didn't do something right. But since it was a saturday, they had already closed. I feel like she intended to help me with my issue, but the know-how was rather cloudy. For these reasons, I still gave a four because I really don't know what a poor review would accomplish. I enjoyed the conversation with the associate and left happy. What more could I ask for? Oh yeah, actually getting my issue resolved. Oh well, I suppose i'll take things in stride and just make another attempt at solving this rather bothersome happenstance. Good day to all you folks. Keep up the hard work. I can't say good, just yet, but I am remaining hopeful for that in the very near future.”
“As a financial institution, Chase Bank is terrible. However, the manager of this branch, Alicia, helped me resolve an issue that I had been getting the run-around for about for a month by Chase corporate. It was quickly solved after she stepped in. Great customer service!”

“Last week, I walked into the Union Deposit branch looking to cash checks drawn on a Fulton account. Dave is the Branch Manger - he, Dakota, Megan, and Scottie gave a teamed effort of excellent customer service. I wasn’t even a Fulton account holder but the interaction was so much better than what I usually get with the Credit Union that I’ve been with for over twenty years. Realizing these are the type of folks that I want to bank with, I returned later the same day and opened my own account at Fulton.”

All it took was someone looking at his situation like a human being.
I appreciate everything he has done for my son. I did also speak with someone on the phone too I believe his name was Adam.

“Representative Brooke today was awesome. Called in today on my birthday and my son is getting his ID for the first time.
I had a little bit to do today, but Brooke let me know that only a few branches were open today and referred me to the correct banking location, which was very helpful.
In addition, assisted me and my son with the app so we can find the proper documentation for the DMV and I really really appreciate it.
Very knowledgeable of the area which really counted today being that a lot of places close early.

“The tellers are helpful and nice. In and out of the parking lot is dicey due to constant traffic. The weekday hours are tight 4:30pm, but later hours and Saturday make up for it. Not a fan of reps not located in the branch.”
