Their Loan Dept is second to none when I need to call upon them as well! Lastly, the USSCO Online Banking App has come a long way over the years and is now as good if not better than the other financial institutions out there regardless of size.”

“ATM visit. I would have given the bank five stars because of their ATM transaction however the ATM is located in the Drive-Thru and I had to walk up to which was awkward. However their ATM only charges $1 for transaction fee which is virtually unheard of today.”

“I will caveat this review: I am not a member of this bank. This was my mother's bank who passed away in November. This review is mostly about working with the staff at GAP FCU to resolve a complicated estate process.
TLDR: their customer service did a fantastic job working with me, an out-of-state, non-member, with handling my mother's post-death finances. And Stacie is awesome!
After my mother's funeral service in Johnstown, I visited her bank to ask about her assets and the state of my deceased brother's estate account that my mother was administrator of. I will echo what one reviewer said: this location is NOT easy to find. I had to ask the post office downstairs where the bank was. Once I found the office, the staff was friendly, helpful, but understandably cautious. I had my mother's death certificate that had my name on it as the next of kin contact and that seemed to be enough to calm their concerns.
Aside from that one, in-person visit, the rest of my correspondence with GAP FCU was over email, as I live in Texas. I have a brother in PA who lived on the opposite side of the state, works night shift, and has five kids, so I was pretty much the point man for my mother's affairs. I could not have handled this without Stacie! Every email I sent, she had a timely response. She checked with her manager to make sure we were doing things by the book and she put me in contact with an estate lawyer in Johnstown so I could get some free consultation to fact-check my mother's situation. I also had another estate lawyer I was working with for my deceased brother's estate to close that out and Stacie was providing him information he required. I cannot stress this enough: Stacie was amazing!”
“I visit this specific office just to have Lori as my teller, I moved a pretty good distance away but I still make the extra trip just to see her. She always goes out of her way to answer any questions I have or solves any issues I have! She makes my banking experience so much better.”
