“The selection is immense. The staff is very curtious and helpful. All my questions were answered with precision. The pricing is fair compared to other stores. The often run sales, so keep an eye out for that item you may want to purchase at a discounted price. This chain is expanding, so you don't have to travel as far to get to one. They are building in New Kensington Pa at the old Drive in theater on Greensburg Road.”

“This pet store has never ending items! I was shocked by the variety of animal products. Gorgeous store along with an extremely helpful lady employee who really helped with my cat purchases. I try to buy local as this was the main reason why I stopped in for the first time. I will absolutely become a regular customer. Extra kudos to the lady employee who went out of her way to answer my probably 15+ questions!!!”
“This place is wonderful! A little hidden gem. My cocker spaniel looks adorable!!!! They treated him like a King, and he has the fur/hair cut to match. I will never go anywhere else. Side note…. They have an amazing variety of leashes, collars and accessories(very unique styles) you can’t find other places. Prices are very fair.”

“I stopped in to get a cake for my dog’s first gotcha day, and Canine Confections did such an amazing job! The cake turned out absolutely adorable, and you can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. The two ladies working were so sweet and helpful, and the shop itself is super cute. It made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend!”
“Scott is such a wonderful, kind and caring person. I’ve had a few lizards and now my childhood dog cremated here. And he makes the process so easy, explains things thoroughly, and is so reassuring. In my opinion he’s also reasonably priced. He’s very respectful and gentle. He asks about you and your pet and has just the right amount of empathy you need during this time. He makes sure all of your wishes and requests are filled to his best ability. I cannot recommend him and his business enough. He’s open 24-7 because pets don’t pass away 9-5. He always answers or calls you back in a timely manner. The pets are cremated privately. And I do believe it is done on site. I highly recommend him and his business. With him I know my pets are in good hands.”
“The people that own and run this store truly care about animals and try to help you to the best of their ability. I love that they believe in natural remedies, homeopathic supplements, and healthy diets for pets. They had very reasonable prices, especially compared to other places, even online counting shipping cost. They truly helped me out in my time of need and educated me on some things I didn't know so I'm very pleased and will absolutely be a repeat customer from now on!
