“Highly recommend Dutch Country. I took my lowered car in to get the wheels balanced as I couldn’t stand that horrible shaking on my 40 mile commute each way to work. They didn’t complain about the lowering and told me exactly what they did and even warned me I may have a bent wheel but didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Even with the slightly bent wheel it’s a night and day difference, almost drives like a new car and makes my commute much better, fairly priced too.”
“I TRULY wished they lived near me in Syracuse, NY. I thought I ran over a nail because I heard a sudden pop. I had a 4.5hr ride home and didn't want to risk it. I brought it here and they were so honest with me. They could've told me I needed a new tire but when they did the hole check there wasn't one. “We are in town visiting family for the holidays. At 8 pm tonight (Christmas Eve), we discovered we had a flat tire due to a nail. We had little hope that we’d be able to get it fixed in time to continue our travels in the morning. AAA dispatched Corey from Mack’s Tire Service, who came to our hotel within 30 minutes, ready to assess the situation and either plug/patch the tire or tow our car. Corey was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, went above and beyond by bringing a plug kit in case our tire could be fixed, and was able to quickly repair our tire, saving our holiday travel plans! If we ever need auto help in this area again, this will be the first place we call!”

“I have been taking my cars to H&F in Ephrata for over 10 years. When we moved to the area years ago we needed to find a reliable shop for oil changes, etc. I took my van to H&F years ago and they told me what was wrong with it, but then proceeded to explain that once they got into the repair - it wasn't as bad as they expected so I was charged a fraction of the original estimate. From that time on - I was taking all of our vehicles there for inspection, oil changes, tires, etc. I know very little about cars so it's great to find a shop with integrity!”
