Jack was absolutely amazing! He and his team helped me with not only figuring out that the tire was actually shot, but put the spare room for us wrapped up the old tire and really helped us out tremendously.”

“The guys working in the tire department are fantastic they earned the 5 stars! The problem is…they also have to work the front desk AND handle all propane sales and fill ups. This has them running all over the place dealing with way too much. Even with that, they still had my tires installed as quickly as they could.
Lancaster BJ’s should really look into hiring an additional person to handle the front desk and the propane, so these guys can do their actual jobs and install tires!”

“We had a blowout on a long trip with our camper and were visiting from out of town. Monro ordered our tires 15 minutes before closing and had them at the shop 830am next day! They had them mounted and ready to go shortly after we arrived. We couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism shown. They even come to our truck and helped take the old tires rims and blown tire into shop and load them when completed. I cannot recommend them enough. We are also very happy with the quality of our new camper tires. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we ever need to.”

“First and foremost this place should get more then 5 stars. beides their excellent service, they come through when you need them. For example, today my girlfriend locked her keys in her the car. she walked up to McCoy Automotive. She told them what happened and no questions asked, A worker name Colin jumped, took my down to my car and got my car unlock no question, no problem and did it and real good time in like ten minutes. I recommend this place to anybody!!!!”
“I’ve had a fantastic experience with this location. Ordered tires, they called to schedule an appointment once they came in, and took about 1.5 hours on a busy Sunday to get in and out. Knowledgeable and friendly staff - and Costco stands by what they sell! It’s a no-brainer to get the tires here if they’re available. 2nd one I’ve gotten at Costco. My only gripe is I wish they had wheel-alignment service as well!”
“I got an appointment sooner than I expected. The work was completed faster than I expected. Everyone was pleasant and informative. They accommodated my desire not to leave the car for the day. This location is downtown so there are plenty of places within walking distance to pass the time.
On 7-31-2026, I got my state inspection done. Amy went above and beyond. Although I was late for the appointment, she and Shawn managed to get my car back to me a half hour earlier than I expected.”

“Easy to schedule, prompt follow up, and they got the oil change done in about 20 minutes, which was nice and quick. However, I had very dirty hand prints from the techs gloves on my hood, fender, door handle, and inside my truck. I would have preferred the job to take 30minutes or a little longer and not needed to come home and wipe down my truck. At $118 for the service, this wasn't what I would call a cheap service where I would expect shortcuts.”
