“I have always drove past this location on a daily basis for the past few years. I always just skip by it because, in my mind, it's Blairsville and there are other stores on the way. However, on a recent dash to grab items I just opted to finally go inside. That was, after all, I had tried out other stores nearby. I came in with my hopes low for the items I needed. I was surprised that they did have the items I needed. I did pick up a few other items that were not intended buys and made my way to the registers.The registers are always an area I hate to be at in a Rite Aid. They are not always the quickest to respond. Recently I noticed that a majority of them are starting to put a bell there to ring for an employee to come wait on you. Makes me wonder how many times people have just walked out of one of them.Whenever an employee did come up it was a pleasant experience. She was very nice and we chatted about a few of things which made me feel welcomed and like I wasn't taking up any of her time from her work on the floor. I hope she is given the recognition she deserves.”

“I came here because these allergies were kicking my butt. So much so that I started to feel the sinus problems coming on. Knowing what I needed I headed towards the pharmacy. But prior to that I had to grab the card for the medication I needed off the shelf and then go to the pharmacy counter, an unneeded step in the process if you ask me. For this visit, it was definitely a very unneeded step for me. The card I took with me, they just happened to be out of, however they did have the off brand, which I was fine with. I do have to say that the guy working the pharmacy counter did at least attempt to make it right. Most people would have been over it and just told me they did not have it. He did look over everything they had back there that was similar and let me know what was the case. Saving me from having to back to the aisle and look over the cards for all the other medications. I did not go through the rest of the store, but I could tell that this was set up just like all the other ones out there. The access to the lot is a bit wonky so do be careful when entering/exiting the lot.”
