“The girls in here are incredible. I had 50+ certified mail envelopes that had to go out, these two went out of their way to make sure every one of them was correct AND would get out before Labor Day weekend and were truly happy to do it. [ YOU KNOW MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE BEEN MOANIN & GROANIN w/ an order like that]. I couldn’t have made this happen without them. (If you’re curious, @ the post office it cost like 270$ when at UPS it would have cost over $1,100 for the same thing). Lucky to have this post office close by. Excellent service.”

“This is hands down the friendliest post office I've ever been in! We got a passport for our one year old and worked with Barry. He was so friendly and kind and made the process quick and easy.”

“For business purposes— I’m required regularly to go into local post offices. Out of the many— this spot is where I prefer to go! It’s nestled out of the way so it’s not overly busy but when it is, their staff is exceptionally prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On many occasions, Stephanie has thoroughly assisted me with international shipping woes. She is so helpful and truly the reason I am taking the time to write this review!! Give that lady a raise!! :)”

“Fast and friendly, no line and parking available right out front during lunch time. I have read reviews of other local post offices that were really negative, this visit was positive and next time I need to visit the post office while in the area I will definitely go here.”

“I drive 10 minutes farther to go to this post office because it is always such a wonderful experience. It’s like walking into a lovely dream. Cheryl seems to know everyone, and everyone is friendly”

“Always a great experience. The workers are professional and uplifting. I go out of my way to come to this post office instead of the one in Exton, that is filled with rude and miserable workers.”

“No offence to the other reviews on this post office but have you ever been to a different post office before? This is a small town post office designed for the volume of visitors a small town receives. They are closed for lunch. The service is great and even when there is a line (never more than 2 ahead of you) they are fast and friendly. Kimberton/Yellow Springs is just as great. I'm thankful for a nearby small town post office.”

“They always provide great service. I went there recently and the gentleman who helped me was so helpful and personable-- makes going to the post office a pleasure instead of a hassle.”

“I echo Tom Schaeffer’s thoughts: Very nice people and great customer service. To the knuckle dragger complaining about their "tax dollars at work". The USPS is self sufficient, their revenue is generated from postal fees. They have survived despite congress forcing them to fund 75 years of future pension payments, unheard of in the private sector. It's a national treasure that should be supported with our tax dollars if need be. Both UPS and FedEx have lost my packages in the past and I would love to see either of them deliver a standard envelope across the country, to a rural address, for 51 cents. The lowest rate they have is for a business envelope at $8.90.”

“Never knew this USPS was here. Had to find the closest office to send my package. I should have read the reviews first to learn that this USPS is a manual one (never knew these existed hehe), which means they don't have a computer system, so no scanning whatsoever. As I needed my prepaid label scanned, I had to go to another USPS - the next closest is 4 minutes away at Thornton (behind Bierhaus). The young lady was nice and helpful. I am unsure the reason for this USPS location, when it doesn't have a computer system, but the location and building is very quaint. The building is right next to a railroad and the entrance is on the rail side.”

“Lisa was an absolute customer service delight! She went above and beyond to help me through my first time using a mobile return code. Her smile was contagious, she was efficient, and she was extremely helpful in helping me locate a box for my order. I am so thankful for her help!!”

“Employee was so helpful! We dropped off 100 wedding invitations and he glanced at every single envelope to make sure everything looked ok. He was also very friendly and made the exciting moment even more special!”

“Just spoke with Tierra about an scan issue and she corrected it right away, she was very professional, friendly and highly trained too. She fixed an oversight that another employee did on our pkgs and we just want to acknowledge her efforts...What an asset to the USPS office! Thank you Tierra!~”

“Josh was very helpful with me sending some important documents. I came in kind of late before closing and he was polite and helpful as I haven’t really mailed many things and needed guidance. Easy and right on time. Thank you!”

“I’m fully convinced that there is no such thing as a mean USPS employee because I have literally never met one. The ladies working at this office are always the sweetest people on the planet! I’ve mostly worked retail and service jobs and have dealt with my fair share of difficult customers, so my heart goes out to folks who work any kind of customer service. Post office ladies are top tier customer service. I can only imagine what kind of people they deal with but the ones I’ve met always great the next customer with positive energy and I try to be as kind as possible in return. God(s) bless USPS workers all my homies love USPS workers <3”

“I was just at the Royersford post office to send an eBay package. The clerk, Jennifer, was so nice and friendly, and told me how to save ink on labels when sending eBay items.”

“Lived in the area 15-20 years and never had an issue until recently. They put the wrong postage on a soil sample to PSU and it came back RTS. They treated it as first class but should have been parcel. I had no receipt but they made good and I paid only the difference and were apologetic. Does it get crowded, yes. But they all do.”

“Bad reviews come from people that don't understand how the post office works. Guy is friendly, a little frank but that's fine. Hours are normal and deliveries are speedy. Always did me right.”

“I go out of my way to come here because the service is so much better than any local post office. Gary at the front desk is quite literally always there and is so friendly… it feels like he knows everyone in town. You can always find parking within a block or so to quickly run inside. Just wish their hours were longer. Also if your review is complaining about CALLING the post office you are obviously not up with the times on how short staffed they are. Don’t expect an answer just go by in person”

“While our favorite postman, Bob Hummel, has been on vacation our substitute postman Whitney has been an amazing professional friendly and sincere carrier. He even remembered every day he delivered the mail a treat for our dog who loves to greet the mailman every day with a friendly tail wag. Sure hope when Bob has a day off or vacation we are able to have Whitney. We love Bob but understand he needs a day off and vacation so when Bob can’t deliver the mail the next best is Whitney. Both men are fantastic.”
