“Gorgeous small book shop. Wide variety of books from local authors to popular authors. There are even different book clubs that are held at different days. There’s journals and book marks and stickers and markers and bags. The folks working there are inviting and friendly. They gave incredible recommendations and hit the nail on the head. Also the cute “blind book date” was an option too!”
“Lovely space. Great collection of books. Lots of authors come and speak, and the one I heard a night ago, Paul Halpern, was phenomenal. Thank you thank you for a surviving bookstore!!”
“You’ll love this charming collection of books! Plus, there's a cozy little café where you can sip on a cup of coffee while diving into your next great read. Perfect way to spend an afternoon!”
“These guys are also known as wilbooks, they are an online based store so you can't purchase from them in person but feel free to visit them. On my visit I was given a sample book and a special discount for my next purchase. Highly recommended.”
“I came here with my grandma because she was having trouble charging a device she brought there yearsss ago. The staff member was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. My grandma has some trouble hearing and it sometimes takes a long time to communicate. Not once did this member lose her patience or abundant humanity. It was beautiful to witness. There was no pressure to hurry along or buy anything. It was just a genuine moment of a human helping others, because that was her true nature.
It is so encouraging to see people being good to each other.
If you need a book or a journal or a nook (digital book tablet thing), go to the Barnes and Noble in Broomall.”
“Very cute store in the mall, small but a nice layout. Stephanie, the employee working was very nice and knowledgeable. I liked that they had some cards and D&D dice to browse outside of the book selection.”
“My wife needed her fall semester books, the staff are helpful. Everything is easy to find and check-out is simple. As an Alumni of Delaware County Community College I highly recommend both the College and the bookstore.”
“A nice little shop and cafe to visit while at Valley Forge or visiting Washington Memorial Chapel. The store has a variety of gift items, including several that fit a homemade aesthetic. The cafe has sandwiches, snacks, and sweet treats to enjoy, as well as hot and cold beverages.Parking is available at the Washington Chapel lot, and there is a bicycle rack near the store entrance. The area seems safe; we didn't lock our bikes while in the store and left our helmets on our bikes.”
“Great little bookstore with a good selection and an amazing staff. I always get the best recommendations and they can order anything they don't have in stock. I don't get my books anywhere else!”
“I love visiting this campus (I have been several times as a speaker). The amenties are excellent and their buildings are accessible. the students are great and very locked in every time I attend.”
“I really appreciate this gem in Bryn Mawr. It has a good collection of a variety of genres. I always make it a point to come here when I drive by for work! The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.”
“Support your independently owned children's book store! Books range from infancy to young adults. The owner clearly loves what she does and brings in events/authors for all to enjoy.”
“Fantastic place to visit. The staff at the visitor center was very helpful. Answered any and all questions on the park as well as Philadelphia in general. Very worth while to relax and take the trolley tour.”
“Not only a great college bookstore, but a great independent bookstore period - it even has a curated "new release" section. A wonderful selection of (mostly) fair-trade gifts, and a superb array of cards/stationery, too!”
“Love this campus and community! Caring faculty and staff plus passionate students. People want to make a difference in the world around them. Campus is beautiful in the Fall and Spring.”
“The location closest to the King of Prussia Mall is absolutely worth the drive. The employees are friendly. The store is organized. We live closer to the Exton location, but have been unhappy with that location due to it's rude employees and unorganized store. I definitely recommend visiting the King of Prussia location.”
