“We stopped at Ed Forde Service Center without an appointment right after picking up our new Tesla Model Y, and they fit us in immediately for the Pennsylvania inspection. When we returned less than an hour later, everything was ready—and they had even neatly trimmed our registration and insurance documents and placed them in a protective sleeve that fit perfectly in the glove box. They absolutely didn’t have to add that thoughtful touch, but it showed how much care they put into the entire experience. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely exceptional service. 10/10—highly recommend!”

“The guys from Tommy's just left our preschool for a Touch-a-Truck event. The whole experience for both our students and faculty was top-notch! Tommy and his sons let the children sit in the trucks, press buttons and levers, and even pull the cord to honk the big horn! They were kind and engaging with the children and made this experience even more fun than we expected. They all had the biggest smiles on their faces the whole time! Thank you Tommy's!”

“They took care of me. I had someone vandalize my drivers side doors mainly, and my car had weather damage on the roof and hood. It looks so much better now. Joy in the front office is such a sweet heart, and Eric was the manager that helped me. My only suggestion would be to work on communication & cleaning the interior after the work is done. But otherwise I am happy with how my car looks now. Thank You guys 🙂”

“I scratched my door and based on my deductible I thought it was best to pay out of pocket. I shopped around and some placed wanted to charge me 3 times the amount of Malvern Collision, insisting that I needed to blend the whole side of the car. I went with Malvern Collision and when they were done the color matched perfectly. You can't tell at all there used to be a scratch or it was painted. They did a great job. They were also very professional kept to the schedule. I couldn't be happier. I will make to go here from now on and recommend it to anyone.”

“I had an amazing experience with this business yesterday. Russ pulled up behind me broken down and towed me to their shop. He proactively jumoed out to ask if I was OK when trying to engage insurance towing. He took care of me to get me off the road and then when I realized later my insurance tow would take forever, I called him back and he towed it to mechanic on his way home. Big Thanks to him for taking the stress out if a bad situation. I recommend these folks highly.”

“Michael, Bear, and Crystal did a great job rescuing my dead hybrid SUV from a crazy location. My car’s electrical system broke down suddenly when I was parked in a washed out parking strip alongside a small river. This was of course late in the afternoon on a holiday weekend. After an hour of talking with multiple towing services connected to my insurance company, and being told that they didn’t have the equipment to get this type of vehicle out of the sunken embankment, I called Keyes Towing in Media. Crystal immediately understood the topography and car technical issues on the call. Michael and Crystal came out and we all spent a lot of time figuring out how to extract this car from the 2’ washout ridge and embankment. I didn’t know what caused the car to die earlier, and the car’s default state was locked in park, brakes locked, and tailgate inoperable, and battery not able to be charged, so there were a lot of unknowns about how to safely move the car. Keyes called the Count Park Rangers to manage traffic along this very narrow and curved 2-lane road. They managed to safely extract the 5000-lb SUV using some very clever techniques and got it onto the flatbed. And they delivered the car to a parking space right next to the front door of a good local repair shop so it was easy to get the car in the queue when the shop open on the following Monday. Great save, and I even made it to a holiday dinner that evening.”

“Had a tire blow out in the Blue Route, and was assigned to Bowes by AAA to get it sorted out. Kathy had a new tire ready when AAA dropped us off, even though she didn’t have the type my BRZ uses and we arrived within 40 minutes of them being notified of my situation. Once the tow truck and I got there, they put the new tire on very quickly. Also Kathy is great !”

“I just picked my Jeep up from Dominick's Auto Body on Nutt Road in Phoenixville. What a first class operation. They finished my repairs within the time they promised, which is not always the case. The car looks like new and has never been cleaner inside or out thanks to their detailing of my car while they had it in for the needed body work. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Thank you!”

“We had gotten a dent in the driver side fender a few years ago on our SUV, and roughly 2 months ago, that door stopped opening all the way. We only needed to be able to open the car door, and they listened to me, not trying to upset like other Body Shops did. They were able to get me in quickly to do the small job, and charged a very reasonable rate. I will absolutely return to them if we ever have any future body work for our cars, and we will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you for being honest, patient, and detail oriented!!”

“After a frustrating experience with Porreca's Auto Body, who took almost 6 weeks and still didn’t fully fix my car, I brought it to Bill's Auto Body. Dan and Gretel were prompt, professional, and easy to work with from the start. Dan quickly diagnosed an issue that had been missed and even denied by the previous shop. Bill’s completed all repairs, including that issue, in just over a week. They communicated clearly, handled my insurance smoothly, and made the whole process stress-free. I’m so relieved to have my car back and finally feel confident it was repaired the right way. Highly recommend!”
