“La Bella Moda is what bridal salon dreams are made of!!!!!!My mom and I went to La Bella Moda, as a very casual, “get our hands wet” situation. It was my first ever time trying on any wedding gowns and I really wanted to go to have the experience with only my mom, more than anything. Gabby, the owner, spent the morning with us and helped us through the process. After listening to me and my likes, and going through only a handful of dresses, she ended up pulling something for me that I never in a million years would have picked for myself but ended up being the dress we bought that SAME DAY!I can’t speak highly enough about Gabby and La Bella Moda. She made this experience with my mom SO special. She was attentive, patient, kind, and made us both feel extremely comfortable. Above all, it is very clear Gabby knows what she is doing when it comes to finding the right dress for a bride. It took no time at all for her to pull the exact dress I ended up buying. “I just moved to downtown Phoenixville and wanted to check out some local shops on Bridge St. I stopped into The Refinery and was welcomed with a cheerful hello by Nicole, who was working. Beautiful smells filled the air and adorable clothing, accessories, and travel goodies lined the shelves. Nicole told me about current sales, some of her favorite items right now, and she just genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person! “So last week I called the Kate Spade store and asked the woman there if I could purchase a sunglasses case because someone had given me a nice pair of their sunglasses and I didn't want them to get damaged because I didn't have a case. The woman I spoke to told me they didn't have any spare cases so I asked if I could purchase a dust bag and she said yes. Once I got to the store the woman surprised me with a brand new case and she gave it to me no charge. What an absolutely kind gesture 👏 I didn't catch her name so I hope this post finds her because she absolutely made my day. What wonderful store associates!!! They made a customer for life!!! Again many thanks. Even a small gesture like that can uplift someone's day!! Kudos to them!!!”

“I have been in the KOP store several times and finally decided it was time to purchase a few shirts. The fit was spot on. Not being the tallest guy, they fit perfectly and the quality of the shirts is on Par with other major brands such as Ralph Lauren for an example.
What was the best part was the attention the staff showed. They took their time, making sure I was comfortable in the size and the cut of the button ups (slim vs regular).
The manager (Violet) was a pleasure to work with. By far the best experience shopping I have ever had and Violet made sure that all shirts were steamed as I had mentioned I was going to dinner that night and was unsure which of my awesome new shirts I would choose.
I recommend taking the time to at least walk in the store and give them a go. You won’t be disappointed.”

“My absolute favorite place in the world. I’ve been coming to the gym for almost 2 years and the staff have treated me with nothing but kindness acceptance, and confidence building. The workouts are challenging, but so rewarding and they are so patient with you. It really feels like hanging out with a bunch of girlfriends at the end of class. The instructors are so sweet and Nina, the owner is amazing. You can really tell they enjoy what they do and care for all the members. I can’t recommend this gym enough.
