“I make it a point to stop into this Anthro anytime I'm in the area and have always had a wonderful experience. There's an excellent selection to see and touch items in person and it's really such a beautiful store. I especially love the convenience of making a quick trip into Terrain too Last week there was a slight issue with a purchase and the staff went above and beyond to make things right. I was so impressed by the solution mindset they displayed. If I wasn't already an Anthropolgie fan for life, I would be now.”
“I’m from out of town. Came 3 hours early due to trip plans changing. Joe M greeted me immediately and said he would do his best to accommodate me. He ended up going out of his way to get me in and get me into a new driver. Super informative and fun to talk to. The Banarasi silk sari options were gorgeous and the one she helped me choose, with beautiful coordinating jewelry, was perfect. Seema worked with me to get the fit of the blouse just right. “La Bella Moda is what bridal salon dreams are made of!!!!!!My mom and I went to La Bella Moda, as a very casual, “get our hands wet” situation. It was my first ever time trying on any wedding gowns and I really wanted to go to have the experience with only my mom, more than anything. Gabby, the owner, spent the morning with us and helped us through the process. After listening to me and my likes, and going through only a handful of dresses, she ended up pulling something for me that I never in a million years would have picked for myself but ended up being the dress we bought that SAME DAY!I can’t speak highly enough about Gabby and La Bella Moda. She made this experience with my mom SO special. She was attentive, patient, kind, and made us both feel extremely comfortable. Above all, it is very clear Gabby knows what she is doing when it comes to finding the right dress for a bride. It took no time at all for her to pull the exact dress I ended up buying. I felt as though Gabby was just a long time friend who we were celebrating with as opposed to a sales person.I would choose this place time and time again if I could!”

Calling me back when she found what I was asking for. Making ALL of the extra effort - an increasing rarity in this day and age!
She took my details over the phone, followed up with me via text, and communicated with the Business Manager, John, to get the order shipped out to me the very next day.
Package arrived within days, everything packaged securely and beautifully.
Fantastic “extra mile” service and communication from Noelle & John - I HIGHLY recommend Diving Cat - even if you’re not in the Philadelphia-metro area.”

“Sherrima at the Ummah Shop was amazing! We're from Toronto and only here for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed browsing The Ummah Shop. Kind is an understatement of her customer service, she was an absolute gem! Great curation of items for Muslim customers in a "main stream" mall. But definitely stop by to show your support for Sherrima. This is such an important initiative as the Muslim population grows and we make our presence known in larger venues. “You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

Clothing, activewear, jewelry, accessories, bags, cosmetics, and more. The staff is courteous and helpful but not overbearing. Park outside by DSW Shoes to get best access and pretty hassle-free parking.”

Customer Service is exceptional: A manager offered to help me find a dress in a different size -- she spent at least 15 minutes with me as we searched together on Kohl's website. I was so impressed with her willingness to help!”

I shopped there looking for a dress as a bridesmaid and came out with 3! May I add the dresses there were surprisingly cheap? Around what you'd get for a sweatshirt.

“I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Anthropologie!
Alison was so helpful, kind, and helped me find so many dresses to try on, including my dream dress. They have so many styles and can accomodate any price range! I did not buy my dress that day and wanted to sleep on it- which was encouraged by Alison, which is wonderful that there was no pushy salesperson attitude. They truly want you to think through your big purchase and make sure you pick what you love.
A week later, I reached out wanting to try on the dress again before purchasing- they were able to fit me in, and I ordered the dress that day. It came directly to my house a few days later. Highly recommend!”
