“I have been in the KOP store several times and finally decided it was time to purchase a few shirts. The fit was spot on. Not being the tallest guy, they fit perfectly and the quality of the shirts is on Par with other major brands such as Ralph Lauren for an example.
What was the best part was the attention the staff showed. They took their time, making sure I was comfortable in the size and the cut of the button ups (slim vs regular).
The manager (Violet) was a pleasure to work with. By far the best experience shopping I have ever had and Violet made sure that all shirts were steamed as I had mentioned I was going to dinner that night and was unsure which of my awesome new shirts I would choose.
I recommend taking the time to at least walk in the store and give them a go. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Recently lost some weight and am planning a night out soon with a friend. My old “going out” clothes are… yea. They’ve seen better days. So I needed some new options for long sleeved fashionable men’s attire that would still go with jeans. Not super formal, but I want to crank things up a notch, ya know? Anyway, I told all this to the employee working here and she helped pick out all sorts of things for me to try on! Another employee even helped me later when it came to my fashion questions… classic things I get tripped up on like to button or not button the top? Undershirt or no undershirt? V-Neck? I think I’m good to not tuck this in right? Looking good? They kindly and patiently helped me with everything and now I’m ready for my night out. I’ll be back :)”

“So last week I called the Kate Spade store and asked the woman there if I could purchase a sunglasses case because someone had given me a nice pair of their sunglasses and I didn't want them to get damaged because I didn't have a case. The woman I spoke to told me they didn't have any spare cases so I asked if I could purchase a dust bag and she said yes. Once I got to the store the woman surprised me with a brand new case and she gave it to me no charge. What an absolutely kind gesture 👏 I didn't catch her name so I hope this post finds her because she absolutely made my day. What wonderful store associates!!! They made a customer for life!!! Again many thanks. Even a small gesture like that can uplift someone's day!! Kudos to them!!!”

“A must visit in the King of Prussia Mall! Lots of clothing and other items. Prices are decent. Search for the clearance racks and pay attention to the prices as items are usually put on the wrong racks by customers. Clothes are super comfy. Employees are hit or miss. Some are super friendly, some completely ignore you and talk to coworkers in a different language, some are completely fed up with their jobs and aren't afraid to say/show it. I have made several purchases from here and will go back!”
“I've been coming here for years since it first opened. Of course, it's hit or miss when I am killing time, but I almost always find the specific item I am seeking for when I really need it. Great for men's attire - shoes, shirts, jeans, etc. The clearance used to be better, but sometimes I find a gem. I think the golden age of people returning designer HauteLook items at Norstrom Rack and them showing up on clearance are a thing of the past... Great place and awesome location to stop in after a social or business event.
Also, they hire the nicest, most helpful, and patient people.”
