“I recently visited the Carters location in Moosic, PA to purchase clothes for my toddler while traveling. We are residents in Miami, FL and I must just say the customer service between both stores is like night and day. The store I visit in Miami has tables held up by receipt rolls and staff that is anything but helpful, unfortunately we expect that here. When I stopped at the location in Moosic, PA I was instantly greeted! I couldn't believe they said hello to me and not in robotic spewing off the phrase of the day style .. a generous "Welcome to Carters Oshkosh are you looking for anything in particular?" I browsed around, found an adorable sleeper but couldn't find it in 24 months, the employees could easily tell I was struggling looking for an item and the manager, Laura, approached me and helped me find my size. It might seem silly to some to let that be an experience that sticks with you, but for me it made my shopping that much more enjoyable and excited I ventured out rather than the typical online shopping I'd normally do. “Honestly, not sure I'd come to Scranton just for this store, because there is no guarantee of what they'll have at any moment in time, but if you live nearby or are in the area, totally worth it. Got three dresses and a sweater for $190 which is really good for Boden.”

“Great grocery store. Doesn't look like one on the outside, but it has a bunch of canned food, dry goods, and other things. They apparently get overstock from the big box places, so they can afford to sell at a discount. Wish I knew about this month's ago.”
