“We got a personalized shoe fitting for each kid and she was super knowledgeable about the fit of each shoe so she knew when to size up in a brand. The shoes are pricey, but my kiddo has wide feet and it's worth paying for shoes that support proper foot development.”

“I recently visited the Carters location in Moosic, PA to purchase clothes for my toddler while traveling. We are residents in Miami, FL and I must just say the customer service between both stores is like night and day. The store I visit in Miami has tables held up by receipt rolls and staff that is anything but helpful, unfortunately we expect that here. When I stopped at the location in Moosic, PA I was instantly greeted! I couldn't believe they said hello to me and not in robotic spewing off the phrase of the day style .. a generous "Welcome to Carters Oshkosh are you looking for anything in particular?" I browsed around, found an adorable sleeper but couldn't find it in 24 months, the employees could easily tell I was struggling looking for an item and the manager, Laura, approached me and helped me find my size. It might seem silly to some to let that be an experience that sticks with you, but for me it made my shopping that much more enjoyable and excited I ventured out rather than the typical online shopping I'd normally do. “When they run sales, they can't be beat. But you really need a few extra employees. There's no assistance when you need it, and only one register is open with a long line. That said, you need an employee to maintain order in your shoe department. I believe the Tasmanian Devil works in there”
