“Great to have a gane store in sctranton! Definitely needs some interior rework; the flow is off-putting for newer people. They have honestly some of the best variety of stuff in the area but it feels like 1/4 of the store is for product abd the rest is for hang outs. It's very dark; gives me friends basement vibes. Theres SO MUCH ROOM in the back for awesome events and themed areas and more store front but it seems like its in perpetual "remodel" state. Seriously yall ill come and redesign your place for free to make it more open! It honestly CAN BE the best store in mepa if they readjusted some stuff and dedicated time to planning and rework. But definitely stop by! Also please have a way that customers can identify who is and is not a worker! im not saying a uniform but like a name badge or hat or something!”

“On Sunday May 24. We went shopping in the Dickson City store. There was one guy doing frames. Very helpful with my husband, he needed a poster framed. But the Woman running the store. She was doing everything. Register. Cutting material, helping others was a super start. She was alone keeping calm , cool, helping everyone. Running from front to back where material was. As wonderful as she is. Please get her some more help. Two people running a store was rough. Please tell her she was appreciated by the 4 different women who needed material. She was awesome.
