“Note that I’m NOT giving “Xfinity” 5 stars. I am giving 5 stars to Jonathon. He was very insightful and helpful with our need to close our account today. If I could give our experience with Xfinity a -5 star rating, I would. When our monthly bill balance was 0, I called to change the username. The receptionist got angry with me for not paying “$200” for the service of changing the username. She was disgusting on the phone and I refused to make any payment for it, and said I needed to speak to a manager. She hung up, and we received a text from Xfininity saying “Thank you for your $600 payment.” We came to the store last Thursday and had a negative experience for many reasons. It has been over a week, without the promised call from a manager, that the tech said, “If you miss their call, they will drop your case.” Then, I received an email from Xfinity and on the app it showed the next day that our balance (which was 0) was now $412.10 due September 30th. Jonathon clarified tonight that that was inaccurate. That our balance is 0. We returned our equipment. Jonathon was kind, respectful, insightful, efficient, and very personable and professional.”

I signed back up with Boost after having been a member for 15 years and getting talked into going with T-Mobile. It took me 2 years to get out of the T-Mobile situation that I hated from the very beginning and now I'm back at Boost but my phone wasn't working quite right. I went in there and he took care of it in 2 minutes with a very nice attitude. I appreciate you!”

“Literally the best phone retailer experience I have ever had.I need to start by saying that I first went to the T-Mobile corporate location 3 minutes down the street to try to get a new plan set up with my husband. we were blatantly lied to by the associate working, Nico. He wouldn’t allow us to enroll in the 3 line plan with the price quoted to us online, saying that it was impossible. So my husband and I decided to try this location out since it was so close by.We were greeted by a friendly face, Lindsay, who truly went above and beyond to help us. She was able to easily assist us with the plan we asked for and she stayed late after close to make sure we were all set up. She was knowledgeable, efficient and truly had INCREDIBLE customer service!Save your time and come here first!”
