I recently visited this location to purchase a theragun. The gentleman in the electronics department was very nice. I didn’t catch his name but he had blonde hair and was a target trainer. I just want to thank you for helping me while I was in a hurry!

Got home and realized that I didnt get a discount on one of the sale items that I purchased. Tried to call several times and no one picks up or they just hang up on you. 1-800 number wouldnt help me either. Im not driving all the way back there for $4. Better yet I wont go back to Target at all.

Went to this store 06/01 to get a dress for graduation, the fitting rooms were closed and we were talking among ourselves about other ways to see if it fits, the lady with short hair working in the dressing rooms rudely joins our conversation while walking away, Instead of politely saying it to our face so we could actually hear her. Which what she was trying to say I do understand but again there is no need to be rude about so We said there’s no need to be rude and she began to argue back. Fast forward we’re walking to the front of the store where we pass her and say nothing, she starts back up with us and then starts cursing in spanish. Fast forward to 6.02 being we couldn’t use the fitting room we had to come back for an exchange, when we originally went to the fitting room to see if other dresses fit none of the doors were locked and were all open when we went back a second time as soon as this lady seen us she began locking all the doors. We than asked her if any were open and she rudely says with an attitude “all you gotta do is ask”… when that’s exactly what we did and as if she didn’t SEE us there waiting and began to lock all open doors. This lady is very unprofessional. Obviously nothing was said to her about her attitude the night before even though we spoke with management. Not only that the shoe aisles are disastrous so unorganized. Definitely had higher expectations for this company.

The Dickson City PA store is well run, the employees are helpful and friendly. Prices are great.

Bought a cell phone online for delivery in your store, as customer service. But I did not get a aper receipt and the clerk said I would not get one, that my online order is my receipt. What happens if I have a problem with the phone?

cart girl has a real attitude, mocked my husband for asking where puppy ice cream is. someone should tell her that with that attitude, that’s the best job she’ll ever be able to get..she should try better to keep it

This is the worst target I've ever been to. All I wanted was a few plastic bags to clean my car and the front lady was so rude for no reason and gave me no explanation why I can't have them and just ripped them out of my hands. I think shes just grumpy because she looks like a rooster

Not sure if strange interaction with another costumer or Secret shopper was following me around the entire time! If it was a secret shopper, she needs to be better at hiding racial profiling!
