“Dr. Hertzler is the best doctor ever. She goes above and beyond; she's compassionate and she makes sure you are heard. All of my family see her, and thanks to her, she sent my dad for testing. He was diagnosed with cancer and is being treated. Some other doctors take 2 to 3 minutes and walk away from you, not letting you express yourself or what's wrong. That's something I need to praise her for—she makes sure I feel comfortable, heard, that the problem is addressed, and understood.”
