“This Home Depot had very good service as my niece and I shopped for items to repair and decorate her home. However, when we reached the checkout lanes not a single maned check out lane was open and we HAD to use the self - check out. The gentleman overseeing these check out lines was also helpful. I guess this fits their motto - "You can do it, we can help." I miss the personal contact with the check out people!They had one check out lane computer shut down.”
“This is my favorite Home Depot! Listen, I'm a contractor and this store is always helpful. I need something and order it while on the job site. By the time I get to the store, it is almost always pulled already. Everyone has a great attitude so far and I've been coming to this store for over a year. Home Depot's app is by far the best app. All of my receipts show up automatically. Kudos to the management for this store. Great Job! Ps... most complaints I have seen are lumber selected when preordering. I don't pre-order lumber as that is a terrible idea no mater where you go unless there are no worries about cosmetics.
