They updated me weekly as my parts , repairs etc.were made, when I got my car back they explained everything in detail to me and I must say the car looks so good, I was honestly impressed. Instead of trying to tow me out, he took it upon himself to hop in my car and get me out of the ditch I was stuck in! He maneuvered my car very quickly and got me back onto the road safely. “Always helped me when ever my truck broke down or when my tire shred. Also got lodged between a cement polee, he dropped what he was doing and came right to me every time. I take my motorcycle to him for maintenance as well. Everytime he gives me great pricing and does good quick work. Even put all new tires on highly recommended.”

Reasonable rate!!..charged me for credit card use 60.00 but I paid cash,emailed me my receipt thats when I seen the charge,haven't refunded my monies yet..welp it's 4/22 still haven't got my monies yet..pretty much just took the 60.00..so please check your receipt before u pay. 11/22 still ain't got my money yet!!!”

“My daughter was stranded today on the side of the road between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Mike Nieves of HJ Towing & Recovery happened to witness the problem and pulled over with his truck. He stayed with her, safely used his truck to block traffic as she maneuvered to the side of the road and was able to talk to me when she was too upset....letting me know exactly where she broke down. (Down to the mile marker, Route number, etc.) He went WAY above and beyond helping a clearly distressed teenager who was traveling alone. Kudos to him and to his company......he was amazing.”
