When they checked the battery they determined it wasn't an issue with the battery but the starter, which they attempted to reach for a temporary fix but was unable. The man was courteous professional, and very helpful. They came back the next day with a roll back and took my truck to the dealership. This service was all provided via my emergency roadside assistance policy with Erie insurance.”
