“Very friendly and patient. Answered all of my questions honestly and genuine. The Dr. was very knowledgeable. Glad to have a great place to care for my puppy .”

“Carol, the groomer at CAH, gave my girl Juliet the best haircut ever. I can see all of her sweet little face. Oh those ears! ❤️ I called Carol when I got home to tell her how perfect it is and this is the cut I always want!”
“Dr Fry has been our vet since 2006. She is extremely knowledgeable and her office is efficient and compassionate. Her approach is hands on, without hesitation, goes above and beyond…..even when we bring her feral animals. We love you guys!”
“Today was an incredibly hard day for us. My partner’s family had to make the sudden, unexpected decision to let their dog cross over the doggie rainbow in an emergency. From the moment we called to let them know we were coming, the care and compassion we received were something truly special.
As we grieved, the staff made the experience as comfortable as possible. They were empathetic, patient, and handled everything with such kindness that, even on one of our worst days, they gave me a little hope that there are still genuinely good people in this world.
Because of the way they supported us through this heartbreaking moment, I plan to start bringing my own dog here.”
“⭐ 10/10 — Truly Exceptional Care ⭐
I couldn’t thank this place enough. They treated both of my dogs with the utmost care every single visit. The staff and doctors are full of love, patience, and passion for what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Their prices are also very reasonable, which is rare to find these days.
Your fur (or feather!) babies will absolutely be in great hands here. Highly recommend!”
“I HIGHLY recommend Dr. DiLella and her staff. The love, attention and service they give their furry customers is incredible. I wish human drs and their staff were as wonderful”
“Had such a positive experience bringing my kitten in for his wellness check. The doctor was very thorough, checked off all our boxes and reviewed all treatment options. The technicians are so patient and sweet with my animals, and my cat was purring the entire time. I trust them and thank them for their amazing services!”
“We have had multiple goats fixed by Dr.Dickerson and could not be happier. We also had an issue with a sheep and Dr. Hoshall was wonderful. I much prefer to use a smaller vet like this vs the larger practices like quakertown.”
“I had never been to this Petco location before but I'm extremely glad I decided to get my sheltie groomed here! Autumn the groomer was extremely patient with my high strung dog. While I was waiting I did some browsing for a lead and a sales associate named Kai came to me immediately to offer assistance. Needless to say the employees are super friendly and do an amazing job grooming! I will be returning :)”
“We've been taking our dog's here for 16 years. Tonight, we took our dog in, because she has a hematoma on her ear. As always, they treated her very well, they're gentle and all the staff are very nice, and educated. I just realized I've never posted a review, I know finding a good vet is hard so if you need one this is a great place.”
“We have brought all of our dogs here. A Yorkie, Dachshund, and new Beagle puppy. The staff is very kind and helpful. I'm grateful to have such an experienced veterinarian to go to.”

“I'm very impressed with doctor Kline. My dog Mia has pretty severe allergies and I'm really struggling to help her. When one medicine didn't work I had to take her back within a couple days and Dr. Kline. Dr. Kline is very easy to talk with and she really listens to your concerns. Very pleased with Exeter veterinary hospital right now.”
“I want to take a few minutes to explain how wonderful they have been at this Veterinary Hospital. My dog is 10 years old, she’s a Yorkshire and I have another 6 month old little poppy. Throughout this time, the doctors, especially Dr. A. Kline, have always been professional, kind, friendly, and humane. I love this place for my pets, it is the best!!
The truth is that they have always received us ASAP - if possible, on the same day - even if the doctor and all the Staff leaves very late "after the usual time", they make an appointment and receive us. ?? The office staff is courteous and very patient. The place is very clean and every time I wait to be received, I see everyone cleaning some space of the Hospital, “all the time”, it smells clean. I congratulate the owner of this Hospital and I hope that all the staff receive the same quality of work with a wonderful and humane attitude. I also want to add that each time the doctors look first for the health of the animal and not for the cost and price to make money in the business. (Diagnostic Evaluation cost $89) For x-rays $200 approximately, and the cost of the surgeries varies. People who have pets know that veterinarians are very expensive and the attention and quality of your pet is "terrible". In this place, in each of my visits, they will first provide the best way for our pets to be healthy. I feel grateful to have them. And I bless each and every one of the workers of this place. I congratulate you and thank you ??????Please continue in the same way.”
“Pottsgrove Animal Hospital is the best. I love that it is small and private. The staff is so kind, personable and attentive. They know Izzy by name every time we come in and it just makes us feel at home and we know that they care. Izzy is a little anxious but the doc and staff always do a great job with her and make her feel comfortable. They go over everything they are doing in an appointment and they listen to our concerns. I honestly just love the whole staff. Prices are great too.”
“I originally posted several months ago under my maiden name. Im giving more stars because my dog lucy was well taken care of with her dental health, I loved the vet I saw. They were honest and thorough and the vet was very kind and caring.
The trouble i had was with our senior dog. We brought her in on three separate occasions for blood pressure readings and each time she was reported at 220, on the nose. After the first reading, douglasville had us put Sammy on BP meds. After two weeks on the meds, my husband brought her in and didnt come back with any meaningful information. According to our vet records, her reading that visit was also 220. Sammy was visibly okay at the second reading. But she had been on the BP meds for two weeks and my husband had no idea that her readings had not changed at all.
The final reading was done when our Sam was really starting to decline, and after all those weeks of meds she still had 220 bp reading.
Sammy was hardly functioning after that. I decided to take her off of the BP meds without professional intervention, because she was barely able to walk at this point, and we were readying ourselves for goodbyes. I made the link between the BP meds and her health decline, and I wasnt sure it would solve anything. I just knew i had to try. At the very least, i wanted her to be comfortable.
After taking off the BP meds, we had a single check with our new vet and she read 161-170 (5 readings in one sitting which I was witness to and she was nervous the entire time and shaking in fear by the last reading.) for this reason I truly believe the BP meds were actually causing low blood pressure and we could have lost her. I think you may need some more accurate testing methods, because to have the exact same reading on three separate visits just doesn’t seem feasible, especially given that they were exponentially higher than what she read in the testing I witnessed at our new vet. Mind you, this was a week after we took her off of those BP meds.
Also I’m happy to report that her platelet counts are now normal, as well. I believe the antibiotics you put her own for potential tick borne illness was 100% the right call. I think you just may need some new methods of BP testing because your findings simply don’t equate with her health outcomes from the hypertension treatment and testing results from our new vet. It almost killed her.”
