While needing to get my car inspection done I called at least 3 places to get an appointment. Each place wanted me to come in, wait about 2 hours (because inspections take an hour and ahalf), and they could see me in about 2 weeks.. for a car inspection?? Then I came across Blackburn's and called. The response? Come in, it'll take like 30 mins, there's one person ahead of you. Amazing! Quick, efficient, excellent pricing, and spot on service. Thank you to the team at Blackburn! Saved in my phone and now this is the only place I will go for inspections.”
“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”

McKenzies took the project with a solution to replace just 2 parts and initially didn't get it right, but worked until the issue was resolved at no additional cost. “I think most of us would agree that car shopping can be dreadful, especially when dealing with pushy salespeople. When I called Thornton, I was pleasantly greeted by Tyler, who was very knowledgeable about the car I had seen online. Tyler was extremely helpful, professional, and polite throughout the entire car-buying process. Thornton was also very accommodating and allowed me to put the car on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage, which I really appreciated.
After purchasing the car, I discovered a few minor issues that were resolved quickly through the service department with Tyler’s assistance. I’m giving four stars only because the interior and exterior of the car could have been detailed better. Other than that, my overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Tyler if you’re looking for a stress-free car-buying experience!”
