“This is now my new favorite store! My wife loves TJ Maxx and Marshalls and those stores have a few things I like but walking into Sierra felt like the version of this sales model made for me! I love that they have tons of outdoor stuff and bike equipment. Also I found some crazy deals on Carhartt work jackets that are gonna come in handy next winter while I'm surveying. I wish I lived closer but the drive was worth it.”

Tricia and the staff here work wonders. I am not someone who wears formal wear often, and I had not purchased a suit in close to 10 years. I needed to buy one for a friends wedding, and then have my groomsmen outfitted for my own wedding soon after. I could tell that the people here were not just looking for a sale, they all genuinely care about you looking your best. I had multiple fitting appointments to make sure my suits fit just right, and Tricia went out of her way to make sure all groomsmen had great fitting suits, even getting last minute adjustments made 1 day before my wedding!”

“After days of preparing to get my house ready for market, I needed a break and figured surrounding myself with beautiful vintage clothes might improve my mood. Boy, did it! I stumbled into Ms. Malena’s wearing the clothes I had been spackling drywall in with no real plan other than a vague hope that I might find a dress for an upcoming black tie wedding. Despite my crazy appearance, Malena gave me her full attention and helped me select some really special dresses, one of which ended up being absolutely perfect. Another employee then combed through every single earring in the store and in back stock to help me find the perfect match. I have not received customer service like that in…perhaps ever. And then of course there is their absolutely STUNNING collection of vintage pieces. In addition to finding a true treasure of a dress today, I thoroughly enjoyed eavesdropping as everyone worked to coordinate plans with consigners and source additional pieces for their collection. Malena and team are doing incredible work to curate their store, and the service that they provide their customers is unmatched. Thank you!!!”

“i was greeted immediately as i walked into this cool, local vintage corner shop. plenty of bright light, clean space to see each piece on the racks. i took my time to move through every rack to check out the various styles, colors & see prices. the running playlist was stellar. i made my way back to a few pieces that caught my eye after finishing looking through each rack. i didjt want to try anything on, but i went ahead. the same clear, bright light was in the dressing room. checkout was easy, straight forward. the gentleman at the counter was polite. not overbearing, greeted everyone else upon their entrance also. he answered a couple questions i had about the company that did the pennant work on the walls. Long review short: 10/10 - it was cool to finally stop in this local shop after seeing them on IG. Stop in a grab something.”

“We went to Ross for an Amazon pick up which was quick and easy. Then we looked at some of the items for sale. Nice outerwear for men and boys at outstanding prices and Christmas decor at great prices. The store is neat and clearly organized so customers should be able to easily locate what they need and the customer service was great.”

“I just purchased a commuter coat from lands end & I have to say it is wonderful! It’s extremely cold here in PA. The coat keeps me really warm. I have to take my dogs out multiple times a day & this coat has made it a lot less terrible. It’s well made & I like the color. Having the hood is great too. Keeps my neck warm. All in all it is a great coat.”
“Plato’s Closet in Exton is easily one of the best Plato’s Closet locations I’ve visited due to its size and selection.
This location is massive compared to others I’ve been to, but despite the large inventory, the store still feels organized and easy to shop. The racks are spaced out nicely, so browsing doesn’t feel cramped or overwhelming. It’s also conveniently located next to Style Encore, which makes it easy to visit both stores in one trip.
I can’t comment too much on the customer service, as it wasn’t particularly memorable one way or the other. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, but I also didn’t have any negative interactions during my visit.
Pricing seemed consistent with other Plato’s Closet locations, and I appreciated the dedicated racks for specific brands like Lululemon, which made shopping easier. One pleasant surprise was learning that locations appear to share the same rewards system, as I was able to use an earned $5 coupon despite never having visited this particular store before.
Overall, this location is definitely worth visiting for the variety and organization alone. I’m looking forward to returning when I have more time to browse through the extensive inventory.”

When I brought the receipt and coat in they made every effort to get my money refunded to me in an orderly fashion to which I really appreciate! Kind and attentive staff.”
