“I was desperate for a quick fix on my new Google 9 phone and the excellent staff there took their time helping with tech support and calling needed tech support to get my new phone up and running. I scheduled an appointment with them too and was pleased they were able to take me earlier than expected and set me and my new phone up expertly. My only complaint is the lack of cases, I would have definitely bought a case for my new phone if they had compatible ones available. But excellent experience again with this Verizon store and sales/tech people.”
