Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! “This store has at least two great employees, Gabby and Liz. I met Gabby at the Phoenixville store where she was filling in. She listened to what I needed, explained her situation, called the West Chester Store and then directed me to Liz in West Chester.

Liz expected my arrival. She patiently spent at least an hour with me. Liz called Metro's Customer Service and all of the other departments they directed her to. She explained to each department what the issue was. She thought of various ways to try to resolve the issue.

Liz showed excellent Customer Service. She did not expect me to try to solve the problem on my own. She did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She did more than was expected.”
