“Experienced some trouble with the curbside pickup (waited 10 mins with no word from the team). Went inside to get more info and was greeted and helped by one of the specialists - James Fessenbecker (Operations Lead). He apologized for the inconvenience, located our item right away (an upright freezer), and he immediately helped us. He carried the item out to our car when we realized it wouldn’t fit in our compact SUV with our newborn in the backseat. I made the decision to head home, drop off my wife and the baby, and head back before closing. James gave me his card and promised to wait for me to return.
