WARNING!!! THEY ARE ALLOWING BIOLOGICAL MEN IN THE WOMEN’S LOCKER ROOM AT THIS LOCATION!! Google it. There is a picture of a man in the girl’s locker room at the Downingtown Planet Fitness. If you complain, they will revoke your membership. If you care anything about your daughters, you would boycott this place. Disgusting

A great place! But I really miss having mirrored hands to be able to help with the execution of the exercises since culturally the professionals there don't do that.

The gym is awesome. Proper hygienic environment, plenty of machines, 24/7 availability is the most premium thing of this chain.

I appreciate Planet Fitness. The staff are great. The equipment is clean and I never have to wait. All in all a good stop.

It’s a well maintained clean facility. The staff are all very kind and welcoming to me. And it’s a “judgement free zone” what more could ya ask for? Lol

Planet fitness downingtown is a good place to go. Lots of room and options. Great staff and people that go here are respectful. Hold a black card and there are many other PF gyms to choose from in the area.

I love that the staff always greets me when I come in and when I leave telling me to “have a great day or evening.” The staff are personable and down to earth and answers any questions you have.The facility is always clean and well maintained, equipment is clean. With my schedule I workout sometimes in the AM or PM and see this happening at both times of the day. The woman’s locker room, shower area and bathrooms are also clean and very well maintained.

It was awful Peggy fotusky was rude at first but when the assistant manager came she was the worst she wouldn’t tell me how to file a complaint her name was Meghan she came in with a dog and was condescending didn’t address the issue wouldn’t give her full name. Never ask Peggy what happened just started being rude . I go here 10 a month and I never had an issue with the other workers they are awesome but meghan need better training .

The gym itself is nice, staff is friendly but the people that come to work out are annoying af and just sit at machines on their phones, not even working out..

Croweded between the usual hours but otherwise much better than it use to be. Dominic who is the manager of this location is excellent in his diligence towards keeping the location clean and friendly. I definitely recommend this Planet Fitness to any and all.Kindest Regards,DM Cooney
