I won’t say I’ve never been unhappy with the bank, but it was usually a response to me making an error or violating a ‘rule’.I use main office in Doylestown as my branch; TRUIST closed the one close to me. I visit the branch with a certain transaction once monthly. The tellers are always courteous.
