After a fraudulent check was cashed from our account, we headed straight to PNC to close our accounts and open new ones. David was very helpful & knowledgeable, he wasted no time in filing an official report and helping us open new accounts to ensure nothing was further compromised. We had to bring our toddler with us and the other staff members were so sweet with her, offering stickers and lollipops to keep her occupied. We have been PNC customers for 10+ years and wouldn’t bank with anyone else. The Warrington branch will continue to be our go-to for any needs!”
