This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST CVS pharmacy I have EVER been to. It is infuriating that you could be on the phone ALL day to call them, and EVERY SINGLE DAY no one picks up at all. What if it's an emergency, like I have right now? There is NO excuse for no one picking up ANY day I call! It disgusts me. The only good thing about that pharmacy is the worker Joshua. I am switching to another store immediately. I've never said anything to them because I've felt bad, but now it's ridiculous. Don't EVER use this pharmacy!!!

When I tell you I'm frustrated... this would be an understatement. I've been on hold (as I am typing this review) for over 30 minutes and no one has answered. I don't know who is responsible for this, but it's awful. I have half a mind to change where I get my prescriptions entirely.

I don't think I have ever seen a group of retail employees in the pharmacy at this CVS who give less of a damn about customer service or the needs of people filling prescriptions. Forget about trying to get through on the phone, because they simply don't answer in person, expect to wait and no one is helpful.

I had no issues today but I did NOT use the pharmacy - just ran in and out to get some supplies. Asked a female worker to help locate items and she was very kind. Used self check out. No issues.

This CVS is a joke. They'll text your stuff is ready then make you wait 30 min so they can fill it when you get there. DO NOT use their drive thru. God forbid a family of 5 is getting Covid tests you'll be stuck in line for 30 min while everyone swipes their noses. There is zero point of going here just go to the cvs down the road next to Giant instead. You'll thank me later.

I've recently had to switch pharmacies from Rite Aid to CVS because of my insurance. I am so upset and disappointed in this CVS on Ferry Rd. The people in the pharmacy are rude and can't be bothered waiting on you. I've gone several times in the last few weeks to pick up prescriptions and each person who has waited on me are the same (listed above) I will be changing to another CVS and hope to get better service.

The pharmacist was like a lazy boy recliner. God forbid I asked him a question. You should not rely on your looks anymore to get you by. Bad service, bad attitude.
