I was making a return on an item that happened to be on sale, and I planned to repurchase it right after. Seline was so knowledgeable and kind. She explained that my original payment was split between cash and a gift card, and she made the whole process easy to understand.
I also mentioned that I can’t stand the scratchy residue from the security stickers and that I get nervous around the scanning gun. She was incredibly patient and respectful about it, making sure to only scan when I stepped away. When it came time to handle the gift card, she was so thoughtful and offered to take care of the scratch-off part herself on the other side of the counter to make things easier for me during the repurchase.
After the return, I came back with a few more questions and asked about another item I couldn’t find. Seline didn’t just point me in the right direction; she personally walked me over and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
