I was so impressed he actually remembered my name,despite me not going there on a regular basis. I don't know Noah, but due to how impressed I am with his exceptional customer service, want to acknowledge him, & hope UPS will acknowledge, & reward him for the exceptional employee he is.”

“Update to my original review: The Manager sent me an email apologizing and offered a complementary print to make up for the experience. I really appreciated the follow up and willingness to make things right.
Very disappointed with my experience at the UPS Store in Buckingham Green Shopping Center. I ordered a 24x36 sign and was told the total would be around $28–$30, with no mention whatsoever of any design fees. When I went to pick up the sign, not only was it printed much larger than I had requested, but I was also charged unexpected design fees that were never disclosed upfront.
When I explained that the sign would not work for my needs and that I was unhappy about the surprise charges, the manager became visibly irritated and insisted he had told me about the fees — which he absolutely did not. I’m currently planning my son’s graduation party on a budget, and I absolutely would have remembered that conversation had it happened.
I refused the oversized sign and requested a refund, but the entire interaction was made very uncomfortable. The manager stood there staring at me while I awkwardly put my money back in my purse to leave. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience and a complete waste of time”

“On South York Road in Hatboro, north of Mooreland Ave, and five 5) store fronts south of Produce Junction is the UPS Store and County Line Pharmacy rolled into one. They provide all the services expected of a UPS store. There’s mailboxes located in the store, with printers. They accept Comcast, Peco, Ace PGW bill payments, sell money orders, PA lottery tickets and 99 cent greeting cards.There’s metered parking in front- an hour for a quarter, and parking in the rear of the store. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. “Prompt, Curious Service” is what’s stated on the store’s window front. At this UPS Store location, that’s exceeded.”

“After mistakenly going to a FedEx that did NOT do document printing bc dumb Google said they did, I came here. The employees are SO NICE. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I will always come here to print stuff!
