“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Staples on Penn Avenue. I had a large, last-minute print order for my father's funeral, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate during such a difficult time. They offered suggestions and different options to make sure my print job turned out exactly as I wanted it.
When I picked up my order the next day, the staff not only expressed their condolences but also gave me flowers, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The manager suggested I download the Staples app to earn money back on my purchase, and the team member ringing me out even applied a coupon I didn't know about, saving me an additional $50.
The entire process was seamless and effortless, which meant so much to me during such a challenging time. The care and dedication the staff showed will always stay with me. I will continue to return to this location for any printing needs and will wholeheartedly recommend them to my family and friends. “Few times I've dealt w/ staff, they've always been pleasant and helpful. Normally I go their 1-3 times a year (12-ish yrs), but usually at night. Can go in after hrs and have partial access...electronic kiosks, PO Boxes and such. It's perfect if all u need is to buy some stamps or drop off mail.”

Talented designers. High quality products. I was moved to write this review because yesterday morning, I sent over a PDF of an invitation to a client appreciation event and asked if there was any way we could get 600 copies by early next week, adding that I knew it was short notice but just wanted to check. The owner showed up in my office later that same afternoon, beautifully printed invitations in hand. WOW! Now that's what you get when you deal directly with the owner of a family business. Slavia has done a fine job on an array of projects for us: letterhead, envelopes, invitations, napkins, giant banners and signage - anything we've needed, they've delivered. Wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Every time I go into the store, they’re always so pleasant and go over the top to help me with my shipping needs. The last two times I went in. I had Amazon returns and some items that needed to be shipped separately. The owner of the store took time at her schedule as she was leaving the store for the day to help me and make sure that I had everything I needed before she left. I will never use another shipper. I trust this store with all of my packing, shipping and notarization needs.”

“The Eric who works to front desk it's kind of considerate and courteous you ask for anything like assistance and knowing you got a problem with your package or your mail he'll try to get to the bottom of the problem if it can't help you he knows where to send you for assistance all you got to do is ask. I have my PO box over there and if I have mail that's overflowing he'll put it in the back for me which is really nice of him. Thanks Eric for everything you do”

“I've been using this location for the last 3 years being that it's right down the road from me. Not 1 single time, has anyone ever been disrespectful. The one lady is so incredibly nice and always asks how my son is doing. We take a lot of sold packages to this post office, from our online resell company, and they have not made a mistake yet. They are having trouble finding committed employees, so there are people from other locations that come out to work this site but they keep maintaining our high expectations as friendly, kind people who get to know us by name very quickly. I'd say it is #1 in customer service compared to all businesses/stores in the West Newton area.Note: you get what you give, so walk in to any facility with a smile and good attitude first. Then judge their role. We all have our days, but we learn how to separate work and home life so we can be our best self in both.”
“I've never had anything but positive experiences here at this location. The man who is usually there is so kind and helpful. I didn't have a lot of experience mailing things when I first started coming by and he explained everything for me. It's usually pretty fast even though they don't seem to have a lot of employees.
I work downtown so I wait to mail my packages until I'm in the office because the woman at the post office on Liberty in Bloomfield is always so mean”
