“Lisa is a sweetheart who has a passion for her job. The office is super small but lots of parking, and sometimes the police use it to make sure you stop at the stop sign. Lisa is so pleasant to deal with I had to write a review. I do not know her personally just a customer. Even when busy like Christmas, she was still in a good mood. maybe they are paying her $200k a year to put up with locals.... I doubt that only kidding on the income. I'll be shipping some things on Ebay so I might do an update. Clean place but weird hours since its a small place.”

“This was the third messagenger serive I had stopped at this day and they were so warm and when there was an issue with a license not validating they gave me a printout on how to get it fixed, and took my number so they could keep trying and actually called me when they finally got it to work. They went out of their way to help me and I am very grateful for their service they provide. It's not the closest one to me but it's the only one I will go to now.”

They each get 5 ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩They helped us expeditiously, as the Westin Hotel front desk referred to use their Fax machine. Upon entering the FedEx, he greeted with a warm island welcome, as if we were on a Jamaican cruise. Ms. Tay was very kind, professional in guiding how to use the printer. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the call of duty for excellent customer service.Mr. Delton made it a joyful environment for customers with his exuberance. “This is an updated review & I was a bit worried after reading bad reviews & wondering how I could've had such excellent service last time I was there compared to those bad reviews. Well I had to return a 16lb box of stuff this a.m. & I had a return label in my phone that the place I was returning to had sent me. I showed the label to the young man behind the counter & he explained that the label was not the QR scan kind, that it had to be printed & that there would be a charge of $3.21. I said fine & he took my phone & did several "finger movements" & handed back my phone;went off to the printer, came back with a label & while putting it on my package said "You're all set ma'am,(with a smile)we have it from here & thanks for using the Monroeville UPS store." I was back in my car & it was only maybe 7 minutes from getting out of my car to getting back in, receipt in hand, & feeling very happy! GREAT SERVICE FOR SURE! FRIENDLY STAFF! QUICK! EASY! Btw, there was a sign that said "LINE STARTS HERE" but I was the only customer & we kidded about a "GreenAcres" episode where Oliver was the only customer & had to take a number "22" & the card holding thing had a card #4 & the idiot guy was calling out "#5? Does any one have #5??? #6? etc etc" but no one was there but Oliver with #22! They'd lost all the # cards between 4 & 22! So I asked if I had to take a #! The kid had seen that GA episode & we laughed. LOL! That's employee 231873, wish I had gotten his name. He was an excellent rep for UPS Store! I can't say enough nice things about that UPS Store!”

“I traveled from Homestead just to come here. Post office errands are almost always a nightmare and this was the only post office in the region with a favorable rating. I was not disappointed! The clerk on duty was Nick who was kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable of the products and services offered and I was able to purchase exactly what I needed. “It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. “This place OWNS! Kat is such a very very very nice person. I go visit sometimes to say hi. Everyone in Rillton is nice to her, and I like meeting them too. I make so many friends just enjoying the air conditioner and nice 70s wood paneling. Tanya is nice. Bob is nice too. They're literal friends of mine. It's dumb, but this is one of the best places ever. Maybe I'm dumb, but hey at least I admit it. I think we're all dumb, just some of us are too dumb to know it.
