“Lisa is a sweetheart who has a passion for her job. The office is super small but lots of parking, and sometimes the police use it to make sure you stop at the stop sign. Lisa is so pleasant to deal with I had to write a review. I do not know her personally just a customer. Even when busy like Christmas, she was still in a good mood. maybe they are paying her $200k a year to put up with locals.... I doubt that only kidding on the income. I'll be shipping some things on Ebay so I might do an update. Clean place but weird hours since its a small place.”

“I went there by mistake to send a phone back to a company when I should have gone to the post office. Instead of just sending me on my way, the girl made sure the phone was packed well, covered the other tags on the box, made sure the return receipt was in there, taped up the box, and taped down the return address on the box so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. It was so nice and so thoughtful. I couldn't believe she did that for me. She could have just said, you're in the wrong place lady. But instead, she went out of her way just to be nice. And I really appreciate that. It was unexpected and sweet. If I have to ship anything in the future, I will do it through FedEx from now on. That's how you get customers. Good job!!”
“I usually don’t have anything good to say about FedEx but this time I can’t say enough good. All of the employees at this location were so friendly and kind. I have to shout out one specifically, Dawilkin. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was patient and came up with an unconventional solution. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic employee he is. And I must say, I’ve not ever been to a FedEx location where all of the employees have been so helpful and nice.”

“Does what it is supposed to do. Accept your packages with reprinted, prepaid shipment labels attached. They don't provide any materials for your shipment. So, have your la els preprinted and taped to the shipment with packing tape. They scan it enter your email and you receive a confirmation of acceptance in seconds. Done deal, your out of there.”

“Had a first-time passport application scheduled here and it was a breeze. I showed up a bit early to my appointment, they let me go ahead anyway and I was done before the appointment was even supposed to start! Absolutely superb.
At least in my case, they made their own photocopies of my state ID and birth certificate. I would still make copies yourself to be sure, though.”

“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”

“The staff at this Staples are INCREDIBLE. This store is massive and they have to be everywhere all at once, and they do so with such grace and kindness. Jared gave me excellent recommendations on desktop monitors and docking stations and was so patient with me. Mackenzie in shipping runs so many desks simultaneously; it's incredible. And Neil at the cash register gave great advice and also was able to price match! The store itself is super extensive and clean with a wide variety of high quality products. I'm so grateful we have such an in-person location in our community.”

I wish the location had off street parking, but for where they are, you can normally find a place to park close to the door. I dont ship often, but this will be my place to go from now on.”
“I've never had anything but positive experiences here at this location. The man who is usually there is so kind and helpful. I didn't have a lot of experience mailing things when I first started coming by and he explained everything for me. It's usually pretty fast even though they don't seem to have a lot of employees.
I work downtown so I wait to mail my packages until I'm in the office because the woman at the post office on Liberty in Bloomfield is always so mean”
