Not to mention when I came to pick it up, it still was broken, and after the quick fix on the spot, earring broke again in the same spot weeks later. Disappointing experience.??Update:The issue had been promptly resolved. Made my wife happy to again start wearing her favorite earrings.Thank you for being responsive.”

Jeff helped design a ring that I wanted (3 thin gold bands-white, yellow and rose fused together) and suggested we put little diamonds in it. I never get tired of looking at it! During our first appointment, he took my fiancées ring size and we found out what she liked. The following appointments he showed me diamonds in my price range and we hammered out the design.
