“The PostNet team are total rockstars! They’ve created beautiful, polished booklets for my workshops, and Lori recently went above and beyond. She remembered when I needed my latest order and called before closing to check whether I was coming to pick it up. She could tell it had slipped my mind, and her call saved the day—I wouldn’t have had the materials in time for my workshop otherwise. I’m so grateful for their excellent work and thoughtful service!”

“I stopped by this UPS Store to drop off an Amazon return. The store was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is the parking, which can be a little difficult depending on the time of day. Other than that, the drop-off process was easy and convenient. Overall, a good location for Amazon returns and shipping with friendly service.”

The print and copy representative, Rob, helped me accomplish my goal of printing out my resume and biography on excellent paper, while fixing my email glitch and literally waiting rapidly and exactly on the line of customers. He was calm, polite, helpful, and efficient. I will come back for my next print order. Thank you, from Elizabeth Heller”

“I stopped in to this Staples location while passing through the area in the afternoon of 9/2. I needed to get copies made of fantasy football stuff. I tried do so off of my phone on my own but encountered difficulties. Staples representative Simone offered assistance. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough with her work and explanations. Simone made a possible high anxiety situation on my part into a calm and productive experience. Thank you!!”

“The customer service is impeccable!!! It feels so good to go somewhere for a service and actually receive quality service from awesome people! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services offered! Theresa C. (The Manager) is absolutely great at her role. She jumps right in when she hears a problem or concern and handles it! She backs her staff and follows through on what she says! I've gotten spoiled going there! My packages were getting delivered across the street to an apartment building when they clearly were addressed to the UPS STORE. She actually took the time to retrieve them. She explained she would look into it and she did! I've seen nothing but Team Work when I've gone and that is something to be valued! One Band One Sound! Thank you all for a job well done!”

They never made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a title change or notary services. Excellent service from start to finish!”

“On South York Road in Hatboro, north of Mooreland Ave, and five 5) store fronts south of Produce Junction is the UPS Store and County Line Pharmacy rolled into one. They provide all the services expected of a UPS store. There’s mailboxes located in the store, with printers. They accept Comcast, Peco, Ace PGW bill payments, sell money orders, PA lottery tickets and 99 cent greeting cards. There’s metered parking in front- an hour for a quarter, and parking in the rear of the store. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. “Prompt, Curious Service” is what’s stated on the store’s window front. At this UPS Store location, that’s exceeded.”

34 East Germantown Pike, Norristown PA 19401
“5 Stars – Exceptional Service & True Problem Solvers! About three years ago, our clinic needed to ship a large, critical piece of medical equipment out of state. I visited four other UPS stores first, but every single one turned us down, claiming the equipment was too large to ship through them, or quoting an outrageously high price. As a last place, I brought it to this UPS Store, and they were an absolute lifesaver. They took a look at our equipment and found a way to ship it at a very fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they packaged it themselves with extreme care to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit. Thanks to their outstanding service, an important issue for our clinic was resolved smoothly. Ever since that day, this is the only UPS Store I use. Highly recommended”

7700 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19118
“I went here on Sunday morning to do a Happy Return and buy a couple things. The Happy Return process was quick and easy, and then I started looking for the things I wanted to buy. After wandering for what felt like less than a minute, an employee asked if she could help and directed me to where the item was. The item was in a locked case so she said she'd come back and check on me in a couple minutes (I wanted to browse a bit first). Before she had a chance to come back another employee noticed me intently scrutinizing the display case and unlocked it so I could read the packaging and see if it had the features I wanted. Normally shopping at stores with locked display cases is an exercise in frustration, but there were enough helpful employees on the floor to make it go smoothly.”
-
1800 Ashbourne Road, Elkins Park PA 19027
“I would desperately like to give this place five stars, but I just cannot. The people who work there are very pleasant, efficient, ask the right questions, and make sure that anyone who is at the counter gets the service they need. That’s all good. Unfortunately, about 50% of the time I wait in line sometimes close to half an hour while one person works the counter and the line goes back past the doors. I’m not sure of the solution.”
-
387 West Lancaster Avenue, Haverford PA 19041
“Whoever the woman working on Friday afternoons is, she’s amazing. Literally lights up the room with warmth and smile. Made me leave with a big smile just from a short interaction.”
-
999 Fetters Mill Road, Bryn Athyn PA 19009
“We took our kids to apply for their passport. Both employers were really nice! We got assistance from Brittany who gladly helped us throughout the process of filling the application and she took both of their passport pictures. The post office is located in quiet and scenic location and the two employees working there are major assets in their job!”
-
1925 Keith Road, Abington PA 19001
“I thought I would try this PO (1925 Keith Rd. in Abington) out. I usually go to the one on Easton Rd. The lady who waited on me was making faces to the other customers as if something was wrong and didn't realize I could see her from my peripheral vision. She would straighten her face every time I looked her way to ask a question. I wasn't a difficult customer, I just had to do a few things at once. Either way, she may need another vacation or something because her behavior was very inappropriate.”

3509 North Broad Street, Philadelphia PA 19140
“I prefer to use one of the drop-off boxes instead of going all way to UPS to drop off it is much easier for me you can always go online to find out where your nearest UPS box is”
