“I closed my Visa today due to the card being charged for late payments (I considered to be an inactive card, but old accounts were charging to it).The rep could have judged me for owing money on the account and closing the card, but instead made me feel very comfortable with the process. She even made a joke at the end of the transaction (not about the transaction, something else). I appreciated the professionalism and making me feel comfortable.”

“I had to run to the bank downtown on my lunch break today. I was so stressed. I needed a new ATM card. I had no way to pay the parking meter. While waiting I kept walking to the window to look at my car. The representative Isaiah told me to go sit in the car and when my card is ready he would bring it to me. He came out in about 3 minutes.
