Crystal changed my whole relationship with clothing and helped me find my personality in what I wear. She was pulling stuff left and right to bring an outfit alive and that complimented my body. It’s been a year since I’ve been to Philly and I’m still shopping from PFB across the nation because her inventory is unique and so was my shopping experience. “All compliment to Kay! Amazing person, they are kind, sweet but not too overexcited and make you feel the pressure to buy. Both staffs at the time I visited let me look around and once I found sth I wanted to try on, they helped me fitting and brought out different sizes. Additionally, Kay assisted me big time with shipping the pair I picked out to New Orleans. The whole experience at the store was quick, yet meaningful.
I went here on a Sunday (07/12/26) as the store appeared into my sight in the most magical way. I love Docs and have been looking for a pair of oxford with patent (polished, high-gloss) finish for the past 2 years.

“Visited this store while I was I was in town and it was great! I enjoyed my conversations with the owners and had a great time looking around. However, I gave it 4 stars due to size inclusiveness. Their clothing, besides band tees, seemed to be limited to size large. I’m an XL and found maybe 1-2 things than fit me. That made me really sad, because punk is about inclusivity. Otherwise, amazing experience!”

“I have been in the KOP store several times and finally decided it was time to purchase a few shirts. The fit was spot on. Not being the tallest guy, they fit perfectly and the quality of the shirts is on Par with other major brands such as Ralph Lauren for an example.
What was the best part was the attention the staff showed. They took their time, making sure I was comfortable in the size and the cut of the button ups (slim vs regular).
The manager (Violet) was a pleasure to work with. By far the best experience shopping I have ever had and Violet made sure that all shirts were steamed as I had mentioned I was going to dinner that night and was unsure which of my awesome new shirts I would choose.
I recommend taking the time to at least walk in the store and give them a go. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Stumbled into m concept Shop on a trip to Philly and it was by far one of the brighter spots in the trip. I had the chance to browse the racks with no one else in the shop besides Jared who was working. I felt like I was browsing the racks of a walk-in closet of my dreams. The designs, fabrics and silhouettes were like nothing I’d ever seen in a shop (& I’ve been to a lot). When I went to try on some pieces and came out to look in the mirror, Ethan (the owner) & some of their longtime friends and fans of the shop had come in. I felt like I was doing a fashion show with my dearest friends. Ethan is a bright and vibrant human and made me feel so so welcome. I walked away with an incredible green dress & blue ombré pants along with the most unique sunglasses! Instantly starred the shop when I left on my Google Maps and can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in town!”

Another employee even helped me later when it came to my fashion questions… classic things I get tripped up on like to button or not button the top? Undershirt or no undershirt? V-Neck?
