I told your associates on the way out that your customer service should be the model for all retailers. I was on a mission to look for a couple of items that I already knew that I wanted, an associate approached me with a smile and pleasant greeting, she asked me if I needed assistance to which I replied that there are a few items I want but don’t know where it may be in the shop and she quickly went to find the wanted products and handed them to me and then got me started at a fitting room and kept checking in with me (gosh she was so sweet!) and when she was ringing me up, she let me know that I had a rewards under my account that I didn’t know about and neatly folded the clothing for me. L.L. Bean, the Maine-based retailer famous for its boots and backpacks, is opening four new U.S. stores this year and plans to expand into the Southeast and Midwest markets in 2025. The company had a grand opening of an Ulster, NY store in April. The other three locations are coming to Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Connecticut this fall.
