“What an amazing store. So much unique Philadelphia sports clothing. Even some unique in house designed stuff.
The most amazing thing about this store is the staff! It is staffed partially by those with different abilities. I love that it seems like a norodiverse workforce! Way to give opportunities to those that may not get them elsewhere.

“This is one of my favorite stores in the area! The clothing is unique and high quality, the makeup selection is beautiful and wears well. There are also many different kinds of accessories and trinkets that are fun and interesting. Items rotate frequently so there's always something new to look at.
Liz makes sure to make you feel welcome and comfortable, even offering a helpful opinion while trying on clothes, helping to find the correct sizes, and suggesting different ways to style the clothes to make you feel the most confident!”
“Visited The Craft Boutique for the first time to take a floral design course. The Boutique is amazing! 2 floors of rooms spilling over with creative and unique gifts and decor for every season. The floral class provided by Bucks County Blooms was so much fun. We received plenty of flowers and greenery to make exceptional Easter themed centerpieces. Sheryl provided helpful flower information, centerpiece building techniques, and best floral practices. Her insights and encouragement helped each participant create beautiful arrangements to grace our Easter tables.”

On my most recent visit, when my wife was wandering around looking for something, I told her that the service was generally very good here. No sooner did I say that that one of your associates said to me, how may I help you. It couldn't have been timed any better. She was quite helpful as was another associate when he had to go to the back and find a larger sweat shirt. I told your associates on the way out that your customer service should be the model for all retailers. If this were the case, less people would be going to Amazon and more retailers would be staying in business. Please keep up the good work.”

The inventory was great, inclusive sizing was a plus (pun intended) AND although the manager seemed to worry me a bit overwhelming me with her overbearing presence and small talk as she observed my shopping experience, I was relieved to find help in Marianne's support.
I appreciated her warm smile, her professional dress, and laid back attitude when helping me in the fitting room. today, I was purposeful in buying the merch BECAUSE of HER, in the past I have departed THIS store after identifying a style and fit, and chose to patronize another BR. Marianne is a welcoming and much needed addition to this store. She EVEN steamed and garmented my dress- reminding me of the nostalgia of the olden days of BR- elite, precise, tailored and distinguished! Thanks for restoring the culture of customer care and being a great personal stylist for me today Marianne!!! You rock and roll!! And I am excited to carry this energy into my new pieces-- feeling and looking GOOD!”

“Our 1st time shopping in Doylestown and had a wonderful, friendly and very helpful experience from Brenda who made sure we had proper sizes and when not available set us up with FREE delivery to our home in NY. Nice, bright, super clean store with friendly employees. Nancy rang us up and was so kind to offer a 10% discount for shopping. A lovely, unrushed experience which is why we prefer small town shopping. Returned next day to make another purchase and a very cheerful young man was at the register. “Absolutely LOVED the customer service and my experience here! I was on a mission to look for a couple of items that I already knew that I wanted, an associate approached me with a smile and pleasant greeting, she asked me if I needed assistance to which I replied that there are a few items I want but don’t know where it may be in the shop and she quickly went to find the wanted products and handed them to me and then got me started at a fitting room and kept checking in with me (gosh she was so sweet!) and when she was ringing me up, she let me know that I had a rewards under my account that I didn’t know about and neatly folded the clothing for me. Regrettably, I didn’t get her name but she looked like a high school/college student. I will definitely be coming back here again!”

“We went to Fretz RV after looking at RV's closer to home. We made an appointment ahead of going to PA, with Joe Hooven. We had an idea what we wanted, and meet the "Minnie Winnie", it was the perfect weight and size we were looking for. Joe went into details explaining the RV's functionality. Deal done after the tour. There were no hidden fees and the RV was ready to go a few days later. The entire staff was awesome! We would highly recommend Fretz RV! Planning out first adventure in April Bruce & Nancy”
