“Always a pleasure to visit for our hobby farm needsJust check your receipt before leaving. Second time I was overcharged at checkout in the last couple of weeks. This one was for 40.00 so I won't be letting it go. Now I have to drive back tomorrow morning and waste the gas and my time.I'm starting to get a little concerned went to the checkout counter today and they had no idea what my phone number was it came up as I currently am not a customer there been using that phone number at checkout for the last few years since they started this program don't know what's going on but a little disappointedNot only do I lose all the points I had accumulated but today's expenditures went into nothing. “Cool Dog Gear - it’s kind of in the name. They have all sorts of toys, treats, collars, harnesses, etc. They also host training sessions, have obstacle courses setup in the back, and have other dog-centric events. Most importantly the staff and owner(s) are wonderful. I went in with my dog to purchase a new harness and they took the time to help me find exactly what fit, let me try it on the dog before purchasing, and in general were just very pleasant and helpful. It’s nice to be able to support a small local business rather than relying on the typical online retailers or larger chains - give Cool Dog Gear a visit.”

“I bought a beautiful Pekingese Shih Tzu mix. That is the cutest little dog I've ever had. He's only five months old now I've had him for a month and a half he does his business on his papers or outside. He sleeps all night. He never cries. His ears were clean. His eyes are cleaned no runny nose, no diarrhea. Nothing wrong with him at all. The vet said he was in wonderful condition and I would highly approve getting a puppy from Jack.”

“I seriously cannot thank Erica (the manager) and Pets Plus enough! I was having trouble with my newly adopted aggressive reactive Pit Bull mix. I had run out of hope and literally did not know where to turn. I had gone in for a muzzle and came out with that and so much more. “We bought a greencheek conure, a lilac crowned amazon, an african gray, and two cockatiels from Fins and they have been the best and sweetest pets in health and temperament. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and they really care about their animals. We always buy all of our bird's food from Fins as well because they have their own blend that they use for their birds.”
