“Had to get my Dodge charger towed from ivyland/warminster area to Lansdale sorta last minute so I could get my car to a tuner shop before it closed. They worked with me and we coordinated pick up and drop. Very smooth from start to finish and they took great care of getting my car on and off the tow truck. “Andrew responded to assist my son who had a flat tire on the side of the road at 10 pm through AAA. I spoke to him a couple of times throughout the process and he couldn’t have been more professional and an overall really nice guy. He let me know he’d make sure he was in a safe place and if not, would make sure he got to a safe area to fix the vehicle. He even showed my son the proper way to change a tire and called me when he was done to keep me apprised of the situation. Overall 100 out of 10 on the service scale.”
“My daughter’s battery died and AAA sent out a service man and determined her battery was dead and showed me. She has a Ford Escape and the battery placement is ridiculous so he informed me to go to Bob’s shop to have it replaced. The shop reminds me of an old school, been thru the ringer kind of place. The mechanic came out and immediately started working on it. He was done in 15 minutes or less, I paid the bill and tried to give him a tip but he refused saying “ pay it forward”. I will definitely use them again!!!”

They absolutely knocked this Bradford Built flatbed build out of the park! Herb and the rest of the crew were with me every step of the way. They kept me updated throughout the entire build process and were always transparent about what was happening. Their communication, craftsmanship, and overall dedication made this one of the smoothest projects I’ve ever been part of.

“I hit a pothole and blew my tire. After waiting for AAA for 4 hours they finally told me they couldn't help me. This was at 2 AM. I had to find my own towing. Ryan came out in about 20 minutes and handled my brand new car with care. Even in the pouring down rain he kept a positive attitude. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in an unfortunate and terrible night. I recommend.”

“Was coming in from out of time and a cop told me my back lights were all out. My grandma pointed us towards 5 points and we went. The place was closed when we arrived but William Davis, the service manager was outside. He fixed my lights despite being closed. It was the kindest gesture. My grandma and I are so grateful. Moments like that are worth writing a little review for. Thanks so much Mr. Davis, you are such a great individual. I am so grateful for your help today!”
“I was driving all week with a broken passenger side turn signal- between the rain, my work schedule and it getting dark at 5 pm, I just couldn't get it done. So finally on my day off I was in the Lansdale area and had some time to kill waiting for another business to open and decided to do a Google search of auto repair "near me" that was open on a Sat and found Randazzo's. I called and they said they could squeeze me in. I arrived and the mechanic took my keys and drove my vehicle inside- clean, nice equipment, multiple bays. In and out for $20 bucks. That $20 isn't going to make them rich, but they definitely have a new customer if I'm in that area again for repair or a vehicle inspection before buying.”

“I can't recommend them enough. I primarily worked with Steve Jr., and he provided me with one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I'm a younger guy, so when I was involved in a minor non-fault accident, I was completely new to navigating the situation with all the interests involved: the other party, the insurance companies, and the rental car companies. Steve Jr. walked me through the process step by step and told me what was going to happen and what certain folks would say (everything, by the way, he was precisely correct about). He arranged a rental within a single day when I had a tight turn-around before leaving for a trip, he did an excellent job advocating for my car on my behalf and getting the fullest extent of what I was entitled to, and to boot, he did some complimentary paint work on a separate scratch free of charge. At the risk of sounding a bit corny, working with Buckingham Collision not only repaired my car, but also helped to repair my faith in people being helpful to one another beyond the typical call of duty--not motivated necessarily by immediate profit, but instead, motivated by the genuine, unselfish desire to help others. It was evident in how he treated me and the rental company he chooses to work with, a smaller company that employs retired veterans. If you find yourself in an accident needing body work and you're feeling unsure how to navigate such a situation, I think you'd struggle mightily to do better than Buckingham Collision.”
