I needed it back the same day, and even though they weren’t sure at first, they made it happen. Wlad did a phenomenal job fixing both issues, especially after another shop had badly messed up the alignment. Highly recommend!”

“My brand new Honda accord hybrid was struck at the train station in a hit and run incident. Luckily, police caught the person and we were able to utilize their insurance. Through their insurance I opted to use O’Neil Collision as I have driven by their location hundreds of times. They’ve been in business a long time and I figured they must be doing something right. Also the persons insurance uses Oneils as an in network facility.
The entire process was made much easier by Oneils. They took care of all the required insurance issues through All State. They took care of the rental car reservation etc as they use enterprise in warminster consistently. I had to do almost nothing. Brought the car in for them to inspect it and we set a date for a couple weeks later. They had said it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs to the car.
The day came and dropped the car off. The rental company was there within minutes and took me to get the rental. My car was done in exactly five days as they promised. Came to pick up the car, the car looks as if it was never damaged. Not to mention they washed, waxed the entire body, made the tires and rims shine. They also cleaned my entire interior and detailed the car. I was shocked they went this above and beyond for me without me even asking.
Everyone was nice, helpful, pleasant and downright professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Oneils for taking care of me. Hopefully I don’t need to utilize any body shop for a long time but if I do, it will be Oneils!”

“Part 1: It was Christmas Eve and I left work early because I had an emergency (a nail broke, lol). When I left the salon, my car was dead. I got on the phone trying to find someone to fix my car and also someone to tow it. My regular mechanic was willing to take it that day and give me a loner car, so I could go to my Christmas holiday with family. They recommended Dunne's towing. Dunne's had a tow truck there in less than 10 minutes! The guy was so knowledgeable and so kind it was a pleasure (almost) to have my car break down! PLEASE don't go to anyone else to get towed or your doors unlocked, etc! This is the company arrives when promised, provides expert service, and are overall a pleasure to work with! So finally on my day off I was in the Lansdale area and had some time to kill waiting for another business to open and decided to do a Google search of auto repair "near me" that was open on a Sat and found Randazzo's. I called and they said they could squeeze me in. I arrived and the mechanic took my keys and drove my vehicle inside- clean, nice equipment, multiple bays. In and out for $20 bucks. That $20 isn't going to make them rich, but they definitely have a new customer if I'm in that area again for repair or a vehicle inspection before buying.”
