“Had to get my Dodge charger towed from ivyland/warminster area to Lansdale sorta last minute so I could get my car to a tuner shop before it closed. They worked with me and we coordinated pick up and drop. Very smooth from start to finish and they took great care of getting my car on and off the tow truck. “My brand new Honda accord hybrid was struck at the train station in a hit and run incident. Luckily, police caught the person and we were able to utilize their insurance. Through their insurance I opted to use O’Neil Collision as I have driven by their location hundreds of times. They’ve been in business a long time and I figured they must be doing something right. Also the persons insurance uses Oneils as an in network facility.
The entire process was made much easier by Oneils. They took care of all the required insurance issues through All State. They took care of the rental car reservation etc as they use enterprise in warminster consistently. I had to do almost nothing. Brought the car in for them to inspect it and we set a date for a couple weeks later. They had said it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs to the car.
The day came and dropped the car off. The rental company was there within minutes and took me to get the rental. My car was done in exactly five days as they promised. Came to pick up the car, the car looks as if it was never damaged. Not to mention they washed, waxed the entire body, made the tires and rims shine. They also cleaned my entire interior and detailed the car. I was shocked they went this above and beyond for me without me even asking.
Everyone was nice, helpful, pleasant and downright professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Oneils for taking care of me. Hopefully I don’t need to utilize any body shop for a long time but if I do, it will be Oneils!”
“Whether it’s a really bad accident or a fender bender take it to Jon Hager’s! I’ve taken a few vehicles here. Amazing job start to finish. Answers every question, very patient and knowledgeable. Helps you work with the insurance companies. Won’t take your car until the parts are there or work can be started, where applicable, so you’re not without your vehicle any longer than necessary. Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. Very happy they have yet again found my problem with a leak and ordered parts an doing their best to get it done in timely fashion as they do have other customers and we all have to be a little patient as sometimes parts take time to get or just to get a apart in or out of a car can be time consuming.

“Andrew responded to assist my son who had a flat tire on the side of the road at 10 pm through AAA. I spoke to him a couple of times throughout the process and he couldn’t have been more professional and an overall really nice guy. He let me know he’d make sure he was in a safe place and if not, would make sure he got to a safe area to fix the vehicle. He even showed my son the proper way to change a tire and called me when he was done to keep me apprised of the situation. Overall 100 out of 10 on the service scale.”

“Part 1: It was Christmas Eve and I left work early because I had an emergency (a nail broke, lol). When I left the salon, my car was dead. I got on the phone trying to find someone to fix my car and also someone to tow it. My regular mechanic was willing to take it that day and give me a loner car, so I could go to my Christmas holiday with family. They recommended Dunne's towing. Dunne's had a tow truck there in less than 10 minutes! The guy was so knowledgeable and so kind it was a pleasure (almost) to have my car break down! PLEASE don't go to anyone else to get towed or your doors unlocked, etc! This is the company arrives when promised, provides expert service, and are overall a pleasure to work with! They absolutely knocked this Bradford Built flatbed build out of the park! From start to finish, the team was amazing to deal with, super professional, incredibly accommodating, and truly invested in getting every detail right.
Herb and the rest of the crew were with me every step of the way. They kept me updated throughout the entire build process and were always transparent about what was happening. Their communication, craftsmanship, and overall dedication made this one of the smoothest projects I’ve ever been part of.
The final result exceeded all expectations. If you’re considering a Bradford Built flatbed, I highly recommend giving Copes a call. “Was coming in from out of time and a cop told me my back lights were all out. My grandma pointed us towards 5 points and we went. The place was closed when we arrived but William Davis, the service manager was outside. He fixed my lights despite being closed. It was the kindest gesture. My grandma and I are so grateful. “My daughter’s battery died and AAA sent out a service man and determined her battery was dead and showed me. She has a Ford Escape and the battery placement is ridiculous so he informed me to go to Bob’s shop to have it replaced. The shop reminds me of an old school, been thru the ringer kind of place. The mechanic came out and immediately started working on it. He was done in 15 minutes or less, I paid the bill and tried to give him a tip but he refused saying “ pay it forward”. I will definitely use them again!!!”
“I was driving all week with a broken passenger side turn signal- between the rain, my work schedule and it getting dark at 5 pm, I just couldn't get it done. So finally on my day off I was in the Lansdale area and had some time to kill waiting for another business to open and decided to do a Google search of auto repair "near me" that was open on a Sat and found Randazzo's. I called and they said they could squeeze me in. I arrived and the mechanic took my keys and drove my vehicle inside- clean, nice equipment, multiple bays. In and out for $20 bucks. That $20 isn't going to make them rich, but they definitely have a new customer if I'm in that area again for repair or a vehicle inspection before buying.”
