“My experience and service at the DuBois location was great, I would rate it higher than 5 stars! The employee who helped me get set-up with my new phone was Caleb. He was very kind and professional. He eased my mind about my phone transfer by making sure that I would not lose voicemails that were on my previous phone from a loved one who had passed away. I appreciated that so much, he went above and beyond. His whole attitude was positive and he deserves recognition for how knowledgeable he is and how he treats his customers. Thank you again so much!”

“We went out and James was wonderful transferring our SIM card and all info from one phone to another. He was professional and courteous and pleasant! We have had Cricket for years and always have been highly satisfied!”

“park out of the way and then check in. Check in is at the WINDOW and check out is on the kiosk. Trailer must be CLEAN and tandems slid back. Loading usually takes like 15-20min. nice enough personnel NOTE: you go by the numbers on the dock doors and NOT the numbers on the bldg as the ones on the bldg are 3 digits higher. ex: dock 6 says 9 above it. 7 is 10 etc”
