“Can I just gush a moment over the bakery and its staff? I've lost count of the number of times I've called, ill prepared or not at all, and they've had a suggestions that has saved the day every time. Whether it's my night to bring a baked good to the concession or I need a last minute cake for a friend's celebration, they've bailed me out every time. Most recently, it was my daughter's 6th birthday and my plans went way off track. I called and spoke with Melissa, panicking, and she had the perfect solution. THEN I ran into trouble with another part of the plan (the girl needed treats for baseball, school, etc.) I called again and Melissa baked, prepped and boxed delicious donuts in less than an hour so I could get them to school for her to share with her class. Long review, I know, but for a mom who could have majorly failed on a very special day, this meant EVERYTHING. There is no other bakery around for this family!”
“Had a puncture on i80, they plugged it, but when re-inflated side wall had a bubble, because I had driven on the tire too far and ruined it. Jim's called around to locate a replacement. They got me back up and on the road within an hour. Great guys, honest and fair price.”

“I don’t know about the other amenities, but I popped in for a quick shower and found a pubic hair on the toilet and the toilet wasn’t clean.
Also I didn’t have a bathmat with my provided towel
pretty disappointed for it’s bad enough showering on the road, but not in one that you think hasn’t seen Clorox for quite a while…
By the way, it was the handicap shower and I didn’t ask for that one. Anyway, I hope you take action on this maybe pay your employees a better wage so they might care a bit more not interested in some sort of macro shortcut answer from a bot saying how you appreciate my input and blah blah. I’d be more interested in you paying a guy who does this jobmore money per hour so he has an interest in taking care of his job all in all that’s it I hope you have a great day and a good journey.”

“This was like a beacon of hope on a recent road trip. I was in serious need of use of facilities. And something to keep me awake as it had been in and would continue to be a long car ride.I mean it was a bit weird to come upon this. I didn't expect it, but of course I needed it. I pulled into the lot and made my way to a parking space. If you come in what I consider the back entrance you have to wind your way to the front/side of the building that has an entrance.Once inside I made my way to the facilities and have to say they were some of the well cleaned ones I have come across. I then made my way through the store and grabbed myself a sweet tea and snack to keep me going.Before getting back into my car I stood outside a bit to stretch my legs. The lot is constantly busy and had a lot of customers coming in and out. Even though I thought this was an odd place it appears that it is well used as it is just outside of town and a place to stop either going in or out.This was a great stop until I made it to the next one. I like to stop at as many Sheetz locations as I can when on a road trip.”
“Great gas station with super nice staff.It is very close to giant eagle and no wait to get gas, which is always a plus.They have a few other things, such as soda and other drinks. If you are looking to get gas easily at a decent price, I would stop here. You can use your giant eagle points here, which can save several dollars.”

“Food menu is very good here. Lots of snacks and beverages to choose from. Getting in an out from route 255 can be a little difficult with high traffic. Gas at Sheetz gas station is ten cents cheaper.”
