“I went there today after buying fish from Petco in DuBois a little over a week ago and they died on me within two days. This place was very knowledgeable very helpful going that extra mile to appreciate you as a customer. So if anyone is considering getting any type of animal supplies or buying a pet for a pet even a dog leash I would go there instead of Petco where they want to give you sick and dying animals... And don't care once they get the money they don't want to help you”

“So here about every week or so. We joined the Perks club and it really does pay for itself. Definately should do it if you are going to be a regular customer. We purchase tiki cat wet and dry cat food for our cats from day one of their lives with us. Both found a strays about 4-5 weeks old.”
“I haven't had any trouble with this petco except they gotta find a way to get more crickets. I have been a loyal customer for over a year. And by loyal I mean I've bought 12 lizards from here. All 12 are alive and healthy. I come here 1-3 times a week for food, habitats, care, etc. every single staff member is amazing! I am a blunt honest person so I'll say if someone is a problem to them and honestly, not one is. They do their best with what they got. Busy times can be a wait but just like anywhere else. So honestly, anyone wanna say they're mean and animals aren't taken care of, just know one thing, my 12 lizards that I bought within a year are all still alive and when bought weren't nasty and didn't stink!!”
