“I prepared a same-day print job on the Staples website and needed it the next day. Just before submitting the order, the website indicated the order wouldn't be available for 3 days, which would have been after the event. I called the store and the print shop staff member graciously offered to come in on her day off to complete the order the next morning. The results were perfect and on time. I wish I could remember the customer service reps name to give her credit. Thank you for going out of your way!”
